Good experience overall

The hotel is located near to the Go Station which made it convenient for my trip.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was neat and tidy at check-in.
Price was a bit higher than expected, compared to other similar hotels.
Overall a nice, quiet place to stay.

Found out friends got the CAA discount for one night and

Great place to stay
August 25, 2014Very clean everywhere even room. Staff very polite and helpful. Only complaint was that there was only one chair in the room and it was not comfortable. Breakfast area very clean and tidy and food was good but nothing for diebetics such as plain cereals without all the sugar!

We enjoyed our stay. We did find the price expensive for less than a 24 hr stay.
The exterior windows need washing as well as the top of the entrance car port.
It is situated very close to the 401 and the Go Station.

Terrible manager, night staff with no consquences for druggies
May 20, 2014Stayed two nights. Complained of loud music and drug smells for TWOnights. Nothing was done by staff. Did not believe the 5 rooms complaining about. "Lack of evidence". Seriously? Entire hotel reeked.

There's not much in the way of hotel competition in Pickering and Ajax. I have stayed at the Hilton and it was very good, but I needed a more affordable option this time around and the Super 8 gave us that value.

Ripped off at Super 8 Ajax

The staff did not have our reservation. They did have a room. Room was okay. Breakfast was
a bust. They then charged me 2 nights for 1 night stay and refused repeatedly to credit my card
for their mistake. Or maybe they did it on purpose. Anyway, avoid this motel at all costs.

Excellent for the price
August 30, 2013Stopped there for a night on our way to Niagara... $129 for a 2-room suite (that's all they had left)! The place is super clean, nothing fancy but who cares. There's also a free continental breakfast, indoor pool and very nice employees!

Stayed twice for two nights and found all to be as needed. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast grand for continental standard - lots to fill up on if you wanted.
Location easy to find off the 401 and plenty of eateries and shopping nearby if you have a car.

We stayed at Super 8, Ajax for seven nights and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff are great, from the owner/manager to the cleaning staff, we found them wonderful.
Breakfast was good if very “samey” and the room was well cared for, the swimming pool is not large but was fine and for the price it was good.

Slow internet connectivity

Quite satiffied
February 05, 2013I had a pleasant overall experience. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well, which is important. I felt the breakfast looked rather stale and unappealing so I opted to eat at a nearby fast food restaurant instead. Besides that all was well.

Hi I have stayed at this Super 8 on many occassions. One of the reasons I keep coming back is the service. Particularly the front desk associate Gail. She is an asset and is more than helpful and friendly I wopuld recommend this location for its value and its front desk clerk service.

I stayed at this hotel while I was taking a three day course in Ajax Ontario. The room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom exhaust vent (full of dirt) the elevator sounded like a train.
Free high speed internet was included with the room however it was only wireless and i could not get a strong signal....
