We enjoyed very comfortable beds.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Nice but limited parking for a trailer

Was ok room had a funky smell when we walked in but opened the window and was better . Need parking for someone pulling a small trailer was told to park in the next lot was Starbucks and needed to be gone by 8

Noisy

Very dated motel. Narrow little hallways that are dark.From the desk you go up 3 step .walk 2 steps then down 4 steps to floor #1. Wooden hallways and steps . you hear everything. Never Again!!!

Good for what we needed.

We were traveling by land from BC to MB and needed a place to rest overnight. The Super 8 doesn't pretend to be anything more than a clean, quiet place to stay. It delivered on both. Good, basic accommodation for a descent price of $104 CAD, taxes in.

Will try them again

We wanted a place with a pool and there is a nice no frills one here. Real clean water and a refreshing temperature. The jets on the hot-tub were locked up and shut off so just enjoyed a nice hot soak in there. Extra accessible towels would have been a nice frill. my stay was just fine

I had booked for 2 night then had to leave before the 2 nd night due to family emergency my son was having emergency surgery so I lost 120.00 on a room I never used which the probably charged someone else the same price for

was an older facility but kept up well enough. the pool and hot tub was clean. Had trouble with our room @ 3 am. the nite worker quickly got us over into another room and solved the problem as quick as she could. overall i am happy with the stay.

Aging facility but maintained to a very high standard. Truly outstanding and accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast was adequate although not outstanding. The coffee left something to be desired but with a Starbucks next door, it didn't matter much.

One night stop - Medicine Hat

Good value for the price. The pool was okay and the hot tub was not hot enough. Free continental breakfast was reasonable.

Older motel with a desperate need of a Reno

Room was clean but no windows anywhere near the bathroom or the mirror where u would do your makeup. Air conditioner ran all day and night and room was tolerable. Needed an iron and it took three tries before they found one I would even dare to use on my dress for the wedding we were in town for.

It served it's purpose

We stayed there over night on our way through town. For the price this hotel was pretty good. The beds were comfier then I had expected and the air conditioning worked awesome. We stayed over for just one night on our way through from Regina to Calgary. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool were also clean and nice. Just What Was Needed

It was a better stay than I expected. The staff was excellent and accommodated my needs immediately.

Very nice place and exceptional staff

The kids had so much fun and enjoyed the pool so much. We were there for a ball tournament and the kids were on a first name basis with the front counter staff! They just loved them!! All they could talk about was Larry!!! We will definetly stay there again!

Front desk clerk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Cleaning staff should be fired. Hotel was not clean to my standards.

Stayed one night. Staff was really friendly and helpful. No elevators so be prepared to haul your bags up to the second floor.

Hotel needs an elevator. Hallway extremely warm.

Could not get senior rate for nites we booked on Expedia. Hotel bills expedia so they could have billed lesser rate. A/C in our brothers room did not work at all. Very uncomfortable. They should be checked by someone more often. No elevator. Steps hard for sister. Should state in info about hotel that there is no elevator for a 3 story hotel.

Friendly staff, hotel clean and fairly well maintained. Grandkids enjoyed the pool area.

Nice hotel good location.

Our room was nice but it was next to the ice machine. It woke us up a couple of times during the night. There are some nice restaurants in the area. And the hotel is close to the highway which we found convenient.

Old and dirty

This place needs a facelift. The rooms had carpets that were filthy looking. The beds had dirt under the sheets and the blankets were so old they were coming appart and or had burn marks.

Pleasant stop for road trip

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were accommodating.

Medicine hat stayed in the non attached rooms.

Shower was not clean the room smelled. Needs a make over new carpet good paint the curtin in rod sits on an angle.

Basic hotel

I stayed there with my baby, toddler and husband for a weekend trip. Rooms were very packed and we could barely squeeze our play pen in! Breakfast was good. Beds needed fitted sheets! Convenient location, very friendly helpful staff. My 3 year old had a blast at the pool but it's definitely no frills.
