Great Value

Front desk person was very efficient and polite. The room was great, had a fridge, stove, even a dishwasher and pots and pans. Comfortable couch, nice flatscreen TV, very comfortable bed. Our room was right beside the elevator, which I thought might be noisy, but didn't hear a thing.

Great hotel for the money

Stayed here at 1/3 the price of the Westin. The deluxe suites are huge with kitchen and couch. Plenty of room for 2 people. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is a little small but that is only complaint. Nice free breakfast and dinner every day. Great stay.

Good but needs some improvements

The only bad think, that i didn't like about the service, is that they took the garbage several times trough the dining room, during the breakfast time.

Very friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast and nice neighborhood. The only caveat I had was that the walls were "paper thin" and, if anyone was making noise in the hallway, you heard everything.

Great value, clean rooms, convenient location.

We stayed 5 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel is in good condition and the suites are equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. I would definitely come back again.

Less than accommodating

Overall I enjoyed my stay but the staff was less than accommodating the first night when my room got messed up. As a team we weren't all on the same floor. The pool left my kids eyes burning from the chemicals.

Good location, but the cleanliness levels are poor

Housekeeping standards are poor. We stayed 4 nights and out of those the room was cleaned just twice. Bed sheets were not changed the entire stay. Never staying there again.

Buffalo to Montreal Excursion

Somewhat disappointing after staying at Staybridge Buffalo-Amherst , which is why we booked here on our way to Montreal. The staff were very nice and accommodating but the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel could have been better.

Amazing value for your money. Breakfast and some dinners included, and the food is decent. The cafeteria might get crowded so better to arrive early to avoid long and slow lines. In general I would recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

Rates are more than reasonable...although they need two people at the front desk. I waited some time to check in as there was one person at the front desk talking to guests, taking calls and booking reservations.

Noisy

The room's set up was ok, but it's noisy; not only from the highway, but other guests as well. Room service people banging the doors like crazy as well. Shouldn't use the door blocker when going in and out of the rooms. Shouldn't allow more than 2 person staying in a room as my next door did.

It was great! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; our room was clean and was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teen girls; the shower had multiple settings, including massage; the complimentary breakfast had a variety of foods; and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to the highway.

Nice room and great breakfast

This place had a free breakfast and the food and coffee was better than a lot restaurants. We stayed at 5 hotels during this vacation and this was the best. The only thing is it's not close to anything.

Not worth your money!

We spend 1 night at this hotel. It was terrible. The AC in the room was extremely loud. We told the front desk about it and he said he will sent someone to check it out. When we return back to the hotel, the AC was as loud as before, all he did was increase the set temperature on the AC. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Will not recommend to anybody.

I have stayed for 2 days and I wasn't disappointed. There was a sofa-bed, desk, kitchen, king-sized bed. They said they usually don't make a room cleaning in the week-ends unless you ask them in the lobby. Surprisingly, they cleaned my room without authorization. So if you do not want someone to get in your room in the week-end, warn them!!

Just came back from a 3 night stay over July 4th week and it was a terrible experience. We've stayed in many different hotels but this is clearly the worst. Definitely will not be back.

The condition of the suite clearly warrants the need for construction. Bathroom floor tiles were wobbly and seem unsafe for a hotel.

The staff was nice...but

When I arrived, the tables were up off the floor sitting on the bed. The room smelled AWFUL, like old Chinese food! I went to the store to get Febreeze and used the entire bottle.

Great for family and long-term stay.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at this hotel.

Only place we could book a suite when we wanted it, but it was right in the vicinity that we were hoping to be, so it was good.

+ located in the back of a residential area of sorts, so it is quiet and off the main drag

great family hotel

I had a large studio suite with king size bed. It was very spacious.Great breakfast with hot foods and great evening social with variety of hot food three times a week. Staff was helpful and nice. Great location in residential area of Markham but close to major highway and amenities. I feltvery safe here. Good value.

Would stay there again

I have stayed at this Hotel numerours times over the last 5 years and have never been disapointed.

Get bitten by insects and bed bugs

The room looked good but soon I found spiders hanging in the bathroom and insects in the shower. I even killed one and for the next four days, though my towels were replaced, the staff left the insect as is! I need ed the phone for business purposes and despite complaints, it never got fixed. Nice hotel to end the day

We attended a wedding and checked into the hotel around 1:00 a.m. A very pleasant sleep.Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning.

Value for your Money

The free meals are greatly appreciated. I just wish there's a variety of foods. I stayed there for 8 straight nights and I noticed that the foods served everyday were almost the same.Some guests esp. the kids are sometimes noisy and you could even hear doors banging even late at night.Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and will be back again very soon.Thank you so much. Two nights for business travel

All in all it was a good experience. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was that the door to the outside hallway was rather thin, and the noise of everybody talking and walking by was audible loud and clear in my room. affordable and comfortable stay

Room rate is what we expected. pricing match with room type. But room could be little bigger. Breakfast is not that great but can't complain because it is free with room purchase.

The room was very good. Very quiet. It was like a Studio Apartment.

Wonderfully modern hotel with bigger than average rooms. Provides a free buffett style continental breakfast (and don't let "continental breakfast" fool you, there's lots of offerings). All in all, the Staybridge Suites is a fantastic hotel.

Great Hotel

We stayed here this past weekend and had a great time! The staff is amazing! They are so helpful! I would recomend this hotel to anyone just looking to get away! The rooms are very nice and there is lots of room in them!
