We were checking out the college and university. Walked to dinner! The suite worked with 2 teenagers..hover when they opened up the sofa bed, the sheets had been soiled and there was a quarter in the bed..meaning it had not been stripped and cleaned! Yewh! Not nice, at this time it was 10 pm and we were not changing rooms or did not want them to make it up again, so we had to shuffle around.... more
Good , some disappointment that premises is being renovated and no notice given of construction .
Great, one thing, hospital said we would get a lower rate. We did not.
Hotel clean. Staff helpful and polite. Only problem was underground parking. Lots of room to park but trying to find a sign directions to the hotel elevator was awful. Only one sign on a wall and if you missed it you wandered around looking. I felt very nervous being there myself. Needs more signs to let you know how-to get out. I did not feel safe.
lots of parking and there was always someone at the front desk. met several other members of staff and they were always pleasant. the hotel is near transit, lots of restaurants within walking distance and also felt like a safe neighborhood for an evening walk.. carpet was a bit worn but our room had yet to be renovated. the beds were very comfortable though i prefer a softer less bouncy pillow.... more
We were very pleased with the suite we had. We would recommend letting people know in advance that the delicious continental breakfast is take out and not a sit down.
While the lobby of the hotel was undergoing renovation, it didn't really interfere with our stay. The noise from the reno work could only be heard in the hallways and not in our room. The bathroom was a little tired and dated looking, but the room was clean and spacious. All the staff members we dealt with were efficient and polite. All in all, it was good stay and we would happily return.
I have stayed at this hotel and found it serviceable, clean and decent value for the money. I was surprised to find it under construction when I arrived-- with no prior warning to that effect. The access to the adjoining Jack Astor's is closed and patrons must walk around outside toenter the restaurant. There is no pool there, but there is a small exercise room and hot tub. I went down to the... more
Great hotel, have stayed here before with no problems. This time, the in room fridge did not work
Basic no nice touches, carpets worn, no breakfast area,
It was centered in a live part of town but also hotel was loud until really early into the morning. Breakfast was brutal and service was friendly enough. I would go again but not at that price.
Our stay was pretty good, the room was nice and spacious, parking available. We had made a note of needing a crib, and it took some scrambling, but they did manage to provide one. The downside, not what I consider a "continental breakfast". Everyone was polite and smiling, but the breakfast was a big seller for us, and we were rather disappointed in what was available.
We had parties going on all night above, below and across from our room. It was like being in a university party dorm. I complained to the front desk and she was very nice and said she would send someone but the noise never stopped. My family paid $170 to go to be tortured for a night.
The staff were friendly and I got a free upgrade (because they ran out of the smaller rooms) to a bigger room that had a living room. The room was clean albeit dated however I didn't expect it to be the Ritz. My biggest complaint is the elevator. After parking in the underground I waited for the elevator so I could take my things up to my room. I literally waited 10 minutes before I walked up... more
Great stay. The rooms are slightly out-of-date, could use some touch-ups here and there. However you won't find a hotel with a better location. The other hotels are all further south and a longer walk from downtown bars/restaurants.
It is quite a nice hotel to stay, we had two rooms on 5th floor that were either recently renovated or kept in very good shape. Room layout with separate entry to washroom from bedroom and from living room is well thought. Climate control system is excellent, at that time of year we had to turn cooling at a day and heat at night, no noises or anything and changes room temperature fast. We all... more
We stayed for 6 nights. Our Suite was very roomy and the furniture was quite comfortable. Had a great view of London from the ninth floor. My friend and I had a fantastic night off from our families at the StationPark. Our room was spacious and clean. All in all we had a fantastic break from our busy lives. Add in the fabulous staff that were kind and... more
The room was fine , great bed and very friendly staff . Unfortunately we were without AC and they couldn't fix it. Did offer us another room but it was so late we decided not to bother. Some form of compensation would have been nice
Staff very pleasant, room large and clean, breakfast satisfying. Will stay again and recommend to others.
This hotel is within walking distance of everything. Jack Astors is right next door with a 15% discount for people that are staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are suites with king beds and separate living room. Fridge and microwave in all rooms. Always very clean.
If you want to experience a hotel run as a frat house, a hotel run without a manager, and an inattentive front desk, then this is the hotel for you! Despite booking weeks ago with a confirmation, they gave our room away. But didn't tell us until we arrived in our room and it was NOT a CORNER KING TEMPUR.... more
This is a great location near the downtown, university, and hot spots, but with nothing new to offer.
It seems this hotel is past its hey day. A dire need of a make over. Bland unwelcoming foyer. Old drab rooms. Ours even still had a phone right beside the toilet in the washroom. The sight of new flat screen TVs...

I am staying at this hotel on May 14 and 15, 2014. I chose Station Park because it is walking distance to my business location. I found the hotel comfortable and clean if, as others have mentioned, a little dated.

A nice hotel conveniently located in the centre of the city. The suite was a decent size, and felt cozy and comfortable, with nice furniture. Comes with really nice complimentary toiletries. Continental breakfast was decent. 7/10
Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious, beds are great. TV channels selection is the poorest of any hotel I stayed at in last 5 years. Only drawback.
Very comfortable bed, nice decor in the room but just slightly dated. Disappointed that we got the room with the old tub and not the beautiful large walk in shower shown in most pictures. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Loved that the check out time was noon! :) We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Our room was not properly cleaned! The bathroom was outdated and dingy. I was not comfortable in bare feet! The breakfast was lacking and did not have any hot items. I would not stay here again and actually removed my booking for my team for our next event.
it was great. nice service. I don't like the breakfast.
Pleasant place, quiet, continental breakfast included in the breakfast room, small exercise room w sauna and hot-tub. Suite style is nice also. Unfortunately the beds/pillows were quite uncomfortable. I am not terribly fussy but it was quite a surprise in such a nice hotel!
Only detail which could be improved upon was the selection of breakfast items, and perhaps size of breakfast room; though never a problem while I was there, did not have much capacity considering size of hotel.
The hotel is a little rundown considering the price. The service is okay depending on who you get. The first person we spoke with failed to tell us we needed the room key to access parking until after my husband had tried to park and had to come back. i pointed out, politely, that it would be helpful if they told customers this before they try to park and her response was a very flippant "I'm... more
We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick, staff professional and pleasant, room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Location is right in the heart of London, On, so easy walking to all the restaurants on Richmond Street and a short drive to Western University.
Our stay was easy, clean and comfortable. The only let down was the breakfast. Poor selection of cold items (except the church basement coffee which was hot.) Great location right downtown with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Pretty nice sized room for the price as well.
just fine ... good basic hotel ... friendly staff....would stay again
My stay was good but I wish that the underground parking lot was more secure. You needed a key card to get through a gate but anyone could walk down the access ramp to enter as there was no door
The lobby of this hotel was very deceiving! It was bright, clean and close to being modern feeling. Then we got to our room. While it was, technically, a suite. It was very cramped. It would have been nicer if it were just all opened up to create more space to move around. There was also a very old, musty... more
Room was not fully cleaned when we arrived but someone was sent to fix the mistake and arrived after about 30 minutes. Location is great. Very slow elevators.
This is a very nice hotel with comfortable, well appointed suites and, on most weekends, it is probably quiet. A really great place to stay in London if you're looking for a nice roomy suite. The french glass doors that separate the main area from the bedroom are a nice touch. I always like the hotel and the front desk staff are very friendly. It is a great location with easy walking to the downtown and indoor parking for the car. The room was not as clean as I usually find, bathtub and used towels in the cupboard under the living room TV. Great buffet breakfast and very convenient.
This was our first stay at this hotel. We normally stick to the Hilton Chains, however, this hotel was suggested to us as it was near Budweiser Gardens. I must admit this independent hotel exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the front desk, Ryan acknowledged I was there as he was on the phone. As soon as he hung... more
I loved the separation between the living room and bedroom, and also between the bathroom and sink. Very user friendly for a couple or a small family.
The only thing I didn't like was the very old, stained coffee maker in our room. U could really use some new coffee makers.
Loved the location of the hotel too! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The coffee maker.
French doors that separated the 2 rooms
found 2 beer bottle caps on floor behind chair
A lot of noise coming from the hotel hallway. Was woken up due to outside surroundings
Location ONLY if you've things to do in downtown. Otherwise really nothing. Oh actually liked the parking.
When I decided to book I went through multiple reviews. Mostly talking about the beds being soooo comfy!! Don't even expect that. Small square pillows. Bed springs hit you right in the spine. The dog next door barking. Neighbors noise as if they're setting in your room AND SMOKE FREE!! NO...

First off, Internet is awesome ( well for hotel internet). Didn't kick me off and was consistant throughout my stay, this was a big improvment from my last stay.

Suite was excellent. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Morning breakfast was complete and breakfast room attendants kept everything available quickly.
Underground parking was very convenient with easy access to hotel. Within walking distance to Grand Theatre.
Mini bar was not stocked
We stayed at the Station Park October 31, 2013. The hotel is a little older, but fairly well maintained. The rooms are large, with a sink and fridge provided. It is right near Richmond Street, which means there are many restaurants nearby. This also means that it can get a little loud outside with kids partying at nearby bars. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

My employer tends to use this hotel for its employees when they come to London for business meetings, etc. I have stayed here many times and each time never fails, including this latest visit. Good Location
Taking surveys after every trip booked online.
The hotel was showing its age but the facilities and staff made up for it being slightly dated. The parking charges are a rip off at 12 dollars and they wouldn't reduce the rate.
Great location, close to the bars. Friendly staff and large rooms. Will allow dogs and no size restrictions (we have a great dane and it's not a problem).
I love the suites! They are spacious and a separate bedroom is wonderful, the breakfast included is an added bonus!!
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean, but could maybe do with some redecoration.
Staff very helpful with directions to city sites and routes. Hotel very
quiet despite it being Homecoming weekend !
Parking was expensive at $12 per day
Room was fine and comfortable. Elevators didn't always work. Staff pleasant. Not many amenities.
Backed my truck into a cement pilliar in parking garage, told the front desk about it they said "happens all the time" may I suggest painting the poles another color then white so they don't blend in with the walls. cost me three grand!
Very convenient to have suite set-up with two tvs and bathroom sink separate from shower/toilet room. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location in Richmond Row of London and close to downtown London.
Signage in underground basement parking lot could be improved so entry to stair/elevator to hotel is more obvious.
My husband, our son and I stayed at StationPark hotel in late August, for Western University's white coat ceremony. We had a special rate for this event. Very nice all-suites hotel. Our suite had been recently renovated and was nicely decorated and very clean. The pillows on the bed were too hard. The included breakfast was adequate but the room was a bit too small for all the guests.

Fabulous location close to campus of UWO. Located beside Jack Astors, The Keg, and Bertoldi's restaurants. Large well appointed suites. This was an excellent choice for us as we dropped off our daughter to begin as a freshman at UWO. We will certainly stay here again when we come to visit her.
Our last minute trip cut short and we needed a place to stay for the night... This was a great option and have us some much needed comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
This is a hotel with a 3 star rating but with 5 star suites and staff. The hotel is located convenient to the downtown area, close to a variety of restaurants and only minutes away ( by bus or car) from the campus of Western University. My partner and I stayed for a night. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very nice!!! The continental breakfast was amazing. Across the street is a bar called Barney's which was amazing as well. The parking garage to the hotel was very easy to get in and out of. We definitely will stay here again.
Although we did not spend a great deal of time at the hotel - it was very clean and comfortable , and convenient to the wedding venue which we were attending! Might suggest weekend breakfast be open a wee bit later than 9:30!
cost effective
Too close to bars downtown. Could hear music until 2am.
Good clean reasonably priced hotel in downtown London. The rooms are a good size, but the decor is dated. For anyone looking for a short stay, I would recommend the hotel. Make sure to ask for a room away from the elevator as noise does travel into the room.

Continental breakfast.. for the price of the King Suite, I would have expected more items for Breakfast
the staff was amazing and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on

“Great location and wonderful accommodations. Perhaps one of the best values I have seen in a while.”
We had an overnight getaway, front desk helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go, room was beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Great location: downtown London, walking distance to shops, restaurants, park, comedy club, pubs, etc... parking was roomy and convenient. We would stay again, and recommend to others.
The Stationpark All Suite Hotel was a great place to stay for our one night visit. It is located within easy walking distance to Victoria Park, Centenniel Hall and several good restaurants. The suite was very comfortable and roomy. Good value for the money.
