Service great, employees are always friendly and quick! No complaints about the drinks, pretty consistent with other Starbucks in the area. Has a tendency to run out of stock of a lot of stuff and salads are occasionally still frozen or wilted although they are not past the expiration date.

I go to Waterloo and we have two Starbucks locations on campus, however this is my go to location. It is always full of people studying, but I still prefer this location over the others. It's a good place to be productive, service is fast and quick, and all staff is friendly even during happy hour times.

This is the main Starbucks I use on campus, since the ones on campus at Waterloo and Laurier close early, while this one is usually open until midnight and is convenient to grab a drink and/or hangout with friends. Service is always fairly quick, even during promotional periods like happy hours and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The fastest and friendliest service of all Waterloo SBUX locations. Students flock in droves but the line moves quickly. No complaints. A+++

Super busy location but the service is really fast. There's rarely a table available so don't even bother trying to look for one.

The staff is friendly and easy to get along with. The seating, strangely enough, does not seem particularly enticing. The coffee, in contrast to the southern Waterloo Starbucks, is quite decent.
