If you don't need any assistance than this serves it purpose. It was the only place that I was able to get lined pink paper for a project, however, it was way more $$ than it had any right to be or was willing to pay but needed it none the less so sucked it.

Wasted 20 minutes in here with no help from staff in trying to get a single sheet of paper printed. This place is a joke. Avoid if & when possible!

Staples is one of those go-to shops that you can always depend on. Yes they're pricier, but you're paying for the convenience of longer hours as well as the good odds of them having what you need.

Parking is available in front, as well as up top on the roof.

Staff are friendly and mostly helpful. No complaints there. They sell stationery, printer cartridges, and even some office furniture.

I had a printing problem and I had to print 500 letters out in a rush. Staples got me out of a big hole and I was glad they were there to help me out. I had to pay extra for it but I figured not worth the stress. The guy even let me use their USB because I forgot mine in the mad rush.

I do come down here alot and I just have that strange feeling that corporate office really put the gauntlet... more

Helpful. You can call the store to check stock for an item and they will put it aside for you. Gladly.

I came in today to pick up a few things I needed to create something for our visiting CTO: card stock, a glue stick and an old-school Xacto knife.

The return policy is difficult.

I wanted to return a product at this store and they asked me the credit car I used to buy it. But a few days before, I had canceled my credit card and my bank. I had another credit card from another bank. They didn't want to refund me.

Review of the Copy & Print Centre: staff are friendly as can be :)

Today I picked up my print orders from Staples. In reviewing my documents, I realized that 6 pages were missing and 4 were printed in the wrong direction. I brought this to the staff's attention, and they were very quick to recheck the order. They reprinted my orders, and all was well.

I find that this Staples does not have as many deals as the one on Grandview Hwy, and the lights feel yellow when you go in here. Other than that, it's a Staples, and one that I don't think of, as the one on Grandview is brighter and more modern looking.

Other than that, just another place to buy your office/school supplies!

Although sales staff here seemed more scarce than normal for a staples, I hunted someone down and managed to then easily locate the bookends I've been searching for. Add permanent sharpies ad a 4 pack of dry erase pens and bob's your uncle. Oh thank you staples for having it all.

Staples may not be the most exciting place I could go in a day, but they usually have what I need. Being self-employed I no longer have anyone to steal pens, staplers (Swingline of course), and folders from, so yeah, they have all that jazz.
