This little vineyard warms my heart. It's so homey and lovely. The plot of land just feels cozy and as you enter the wine tasting room you feel right at home. I always look forward to visiting this winery while touring around Kelowna. It feels a bit more cozy and "at home" that Cedar Creek and Summerhill (which are both great as well). St. Hubertus was our second stop of the day and what a beautiful little spot they have on the hill! As the other reviewer mentioned, the winery site is still well kept and offers picnic tables to eat your lunch on - you can take in the wonderful views or just enjoy the quiet scenery. Located on a bend in Chute Lake Road along Okanagan Lake is St. Hubertus Estate Winery, a charming hillside site with a recently unfortunate history. The original winery buildings, dating back to the early 19th century burned to the ground in the Okanagan Mountain Park fire of August, 2003.
