New menu item bruschetta chicken salad was very tasty, refreshing with delightful bites of chicken. Vol-au-vent was not great: maybe it's time they rethink their recipe. Same for the chômeur pudding which is overly sugary and not very flavorful.

Very disappointed with the Chicken Poutine

I order 2 chicken poutine from the Cornwall location and it was awful .. First, the food arrived just under an hour(58 mins.).Then as I suspected, it was cold.Also the chicken was dry & served in the smallest portion possible..Like I said, a very awful experience..

One of the must places for lunch when traveling

Other then beaver tails and poutin St-Huberts is positively a place you must eat at when visiting from outside of the country. Friendly waitresses great prices and the quality of the food is always spot on.
If you have tried all the other candian flavours make sure to add Sugar pie to the list at St Huberts.

... there isn't a week where I don't miss St-Hubert's delicious chicken and dipping sauce. I grew up eating this delicious fare and I love the fact that 40-some years later, the taste and the quality have not changed. One visit to St-Hubert and Swiss Chalet becomes nothing but a blurry, fading memory!

after getting 2 calls from a very stressed restaurant manager to confirm our order, my family and I have been waiting for over an hour and 20 minutes and still no delivery.
