My kids love this place! Although I always check out the menu, I end up with the same thing every time. Their quarter breast chicken dinner with fries, toasted bread bun, and all you can eat coleslaw can't be beat.

We always stop in here when up in Moncton! The chicken is very delicious and the service and atmosphere are perfect. the free coleslaw is yummy and a great addition to the meal!

Service above average, food below average

We went for a quick dinner. St. Hubert specializes in chicken - but that was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked. We were in a hurry and hungry. We also ordered an 8 oz steak - it was well prepared but surely smaller than 8 oz - considering the cooking, too. Once and probably never again.

Got to restaurant just after 4 pm. Hostess greeted us and when waiter came to take us to our table they had a chat about something other than work (not fully bilingual but caught part of their franco conversation) for a couple minutes first. Since we do not have a St.Hubert in Halifax,NS we decided to give this place a try.

No franchise in Nova Scotia so we only try it when in Moncton. New location in the past few years. The food was good. the place was clean and the people were nice to me when I went in. The chicken was good and I loved the gravy It reminds me of the time when I lived in Quebec. I enjoyed the food very much.

Always eat here when we are in or passing through Moncton

The serive is great and hardly ever have to wait for your food. You are lucky if you eat your first bowl of coleslaw before your food is at your table. The servers are very attentive and stay on top of your drinks all the time. Very reasonable and great kids meals.

A good meal for the price

While not fine dining, the food was good, and the prices are very good. The restaurant was very busy for a Wednesday evening, but the service was very efficient and quite quick.

Prices too high

We ordered take out this time and would normally eat in. The prices are WAY too high for the quality and quantity of food. Ordered some wraps and fries - but should have got the same thing at McDonalds for half the price.

A Quebec rotisserie in New Brunswick

Up there as far as bbq chicken goes. Fair prices. Not a wide array to choose from; ribs and steak also. Some salads. Caesar's salad is very good as are their french fries and the tarte au sucre

Good Wait Staff

When you go to a chain resaurant you expect the food items to be comparable from outlet to outlet. So, if you are a fan of St. Hubert style chicken, then the added bonus is staff attitiude.
The chicken matched the style I am accustomed to and the wait staff were very friendly and witty.

Great family restaurant

Although St-Hubert is primarily a chicken restaurant, they also have excellent spare ribs. Good value for the whole family. They also offer take-out and delivery.

Love it

If you love chicken, go to St Hubert and try their famous BBQ Gravy sauce, nothing like it. Swiss Chalet has a similar flavor but nothing beats St Hubert

This is a really busy St Hubert restaurant. We went for lunch, and had to sit in the bar- which was fine, but just shows how busy it is. The food is exactly like the restaurants in Quebec- good crispy skin on the chicken, great presentation (for a chain resto)

Sit down service preferred

We live in Saint John. In Moncton for the day so went to St. Hubert for supper as we knew this restaurant has sit down and be served service as opposed to the Saint John restaurant which is Express style. Food was just ok though. I think I actually prefer Swiss Chalet. Restaurant was clean and service was commendable.
