October 02, 2011I do have to say...when phoning to enquire about services offered...I found the receptionist to be unfriendly...the reception is front line to a spa and how that person treats a customer will make or break you. January 22, 2011The comment on supplementing their inadequate pay, wow do you have some nerve to assume what it is that they make, and then to make the comment about them not passing on your tip. You have every right to leave a comment and express your feeling's but to outright accuse someone because you did not get the right attention that you feel you deserve. Great customer service and amazing treatment
January 13, 2011I too was at Spa Ahava on December 23rd, which in my eyes was a pretty busy day for the staff at the front desk. There was a line up right to the front door, I am assuming for gift cards and other items. I knew it would be busy that day but I wanted to come anyways. Excellent service...terrible reception/management

Cold feet
October 22, 2008I was pampered with a spa pedicure and manicure complements of hubby. The actually experience during my chosen indulgence was relaxing and enjoyable. The spa is tastefully arranged and clean, a great importance to myself. My package was supposed to be about 3 hours.... more
