Tucked between a rock wall and a hillside, deep inside a dense forest, gushes La Source. A place to relax, away from the bustle of daily life – surprising, and different.La Source Bains nordiques is located in Rawdon, in the Lanaudière region. Its eco-modern architecture was inspired by the bare rock of Mont Pontbriand, thus allowing us into the heart of the mountain.

quand l'apogé de la détente rime avec nature
endroit inspirant, une détente assurée, ambiance réenergissante. Que ce soit Au coeur d'une petite grotte ou directement sur la source, le chaud et le froid coule en nous et nous envahit d'une source inconstesté de réconfort profond,
Le personnel est attentionné et la nourriture d'une qualité exceptionnelle, je le recommande à les initiés et aux non-inités pour vivre cette expérience unique...

C'est un endroit à découvrir! Une expérience à vivre. J'ai adoré ma journée de détente. Tout était parfait! J'y retournerai sans faute et le recommande à tous!

Nous étions entre filles pour un weekend de détente et nous avons opté pour le forfait spa qui comprend l'eau, le peignoir (très confortable), un cadeau(produit corporelle) et un excellent repas santé au bistro de la place. L'envirronnement ext. Et int. Est grand et bien amménagé. Le personnel est accueuillant et serviable. La décoration ex enveloppante! Je le recommande fortement!

vraiement un endroit de rêve tout particulièrement en automne dès la première neige un endroit a visiter pour ce detendre au moin 4 fois l'an xxvravo Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Wow, quel endroit!! J'ai apprécié encore plus que le Spa Scandinave de Tremblant.. L'expérience en hiver a été des plus relaxante! Le petit bistro est excellent, les installations sont superbes et on se s'imagine vraiment être en pleine nature!! La prochaine fois, j'essaie avec un massage!! :) Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Beaucoup apprécié ma journée passée à la Source bains nordique.Forfait journée complète massage, repas, bains nordique, sauna sec et humide. Vestiaires très propres avec toutes commoditées. Personnel compétants et chaleureux. Une journée de tout repos qu'on apprécie quand on est une maman qui travaille. Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Outstanding spa experience

The natural setting of this spa makes it unique. They’ve done of great job of leveraging the many rock walls found on the site. There are many “resting” nooks throughout the site so you never feel like you’re too close to other visitors.
I particularly enjoyed the outdoor massage treatment, which they do in the forest in an enclosed bug...

27 mai 2014We've been several times, it's a great spa and very nice personnel. I definitely advise to have the outdoor massage, but you need to be 2 people to do so. Only thing I can think of as a negative is that there's a lot of stairs to climb to get to the main lobby, so I've you have any mobility... plus

I was there this past weekend. I had very high expectations coming to this spa based on the reviews, however, I left very disappointment.
When reserving over the phone, I was suggested to purchase the meal option with the spa (for an extra 32$). I was told that there would be a large variety of choices to choose from. I...

Marvelous Monday
05 décembre 2013Enjoyed a recent Monday afternoon with a friend among the trees with light snow and no crowds. I like La Source compared to some other spas in Montreal because there is absolutely no road noise to disrupt my relaxation. This visit was exceptional due to a fantastic massage by Chantal F. that was one of the best I've ever had.... plus

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere and yet just an hour away from Montreal.
Very clean and well looked after by the staff
When it is getting very busy, which usually lasts for an hour between 3pm and 4pm, try to avoid the sauna, it can get very crowed. Unfortunately there is only one sauna.

We travel hundreds of miles away to find peace, quiet R&R while the perfect place I can think of is right here in Rawdon. The atmosphere is the best, the cleanliness impeccable, the massages are out of this world and the location is the purity of nature itself and so close to home.
45 mins from Montreal you can't imagine...

Quiet and relaxing

This is a nice place for relaxing and enjoying the spa.
We have been lucky to get there by 5 pm and were granted entrance with our 2 teenagers. The manager was cool enough to let us in, while they were not supposed to let in people under 18.
I recommend this place on a day when it is not...

Quatre étoiles pour témoigner de mon appréciation de l'amabilité de l'équipe à l'accueil ainsi que pour la beauté du site. Je donnerais une étoile de plus si une vraie rivière froide était offerte... plutôt qu'un trou de bouette.
