- Staff are not happy to work there, reflects in their attitude.
- I was disappointed when they forced me to upgrade to a more powerful machine because they got rid of the one I was using.
- constantly nickel and diming.

This Tanning Salon is modern and clean and seems to be well run. Although I don't like calling ahead to book a session I guess it's a sign that they are busy and hopefully eliminates or reduces any waiting once one arrives. I like their large high powered beds the most!

I only went to get a spray tan here because when I called they said it was a hand sprayed airbrush tan and also the free spray tan that is advertised on this yelp page. As I was going on a holiday and wanted to try tan first then get the second tan before vacation. I've been to Sol'exotica 5 times now, and I've only had positive experiences. All staff are professional, and some already recognize me and have remembered my name. I didn't find the staff to be pushy, despite working on commission. Beds are clean and usually available, but it can be good to call ahead during the busier times.

Well, it's true what they say - the employees are on commission and can be a bit pushy - but you're a big boy/girl and can handle saying no, right?

Look past this and it's a great experience. The salon is the cleanest I've been to in Toronto and the beds are great. They have great satellite radio stations which makes this tanning salon feel more like a nightclub. It definitely gives it a young... more

I had a Groupon for this tanning salon and was quite impressed. Staff are very polite and friendly and take the time to explain the processes. Good prices on the packages. The Versa spray tan is amazing and turned out well on my very fair skin. Will go again! I've been tanning with sol for about three years now. They have great customer service like Amanda . They don't force you to buy any products or packages . Give them a call to book a bed .

This tanning salon is pretty lacking in beds 2 for high level...Groupon coupon was a half lie... And I had to pay taxes once the coupon was redeemed.
I never payed for a monthly cost and only been able to use services at 1 location.... For any company with multiple locations.

Beds are good and clean but place is always booked.

This salon is really as good as it gets. The service, equipment and products are top notch. I also use the owners other 2 salons in Toronto. It's really one stop shopping when you come here. I've been tanning with Sol'Exotica since 2009. That's the longest relationship I've had to date. I guess that's pretty sad. But, unlike my gym, I have no commitment issues in this situation. I look forward to tanning. I'm on the Level 6 membership which means I get full access to everything. Unlimited. Booyeah.

I recently moved to Calgary but before I moved I had tanned with Sol since 2011. I couldn't be happier with their beds and service. All of the equipment is new and top of the line. This place is great! I've been tanning here since it opened a few years ago and love it! Everyone is so friendly and nice and helpful. They don't pressure you in to buying products and lotions. Great beds, alright prices, terrible customer service.

The ladies working there are not interested in your safety or comfort and are constantly trying to sell you packages and lotions. They get upset when you ask too many questions and don't clean the beds in time or keep your waiting.

I've been a member of Sol Exotica Church & Shuter location since 2008. I've always experienced excellent and friendly service from all the staff there including Lisa and Billy. The tanning beds are immaculately clean, and there are always towels. Because it's grown in popularity (and also vacation season) it's a good idea to make an appointment since they are busy.

Omg I was there once and I'm not coming back there. The service was terrible they tried to sell me whole bunch of stuff. I felt uncomfortable. I'm not giving them second chance. Sorry.

Clean yes. Staff on commission so pushy especially the owners. They will hound you. They never change the bulbs. No wonder people tan unlimited and never get a tan. And it's always busy. Just came in today and had the best experience! Super clean salon and  the staff were really knowledgable and friendly. Randy and Sasha made me feel comfortable and gave me a tour of the salon. Since moving to downtown Toronto, I've been so busy with settling in that I haven't had time to tan... that didn't take long to fix thanks to Sol'exotica! There were so many different types of beds... I chose to do a standup session and then a spraytan and got all my color back! Staff were very helpful too, I will definitely be back.

The facility is conveniently located in downtown toronto is super clean and trendy. they have stand up and lay down beds. The beds are all new. They have amazing spray tan !! the price is fantastic... 19.95 for unlimited tan,,, wh ocan beat that. the staff are great and super nice and helpful. can't wait for their second downtown location to open !!
