Paid $62 for 100 full color double sided 5x7 cards. Had to go back a few times as they only gave me 50. 2nd time this happened so I'm not sure if it's a standard business practice. Not so helpful and didn't listen to my instructions on printing.
I needed to get a whole piano music book copied and bound as soon as possible and these guys did it for me in half an hour. I was very impressed with that wait time as I had other errands to run in the area that I could do while waiting for them to copy my book.

SML--or "that copy place on Broadway" as I like to call it--is the best place to go for very specific photocopying projects. SML has a very good no questions asked policy. Other places seem to make inquiries about photocopying 1000 page packs of documents for students; SML stays open 23 minutes after closing time (10pm I believe) to make sure those last couple hundred pages get printed.
Unfriendly and rude service. Prices don't seem to make much sense... for example, computer B&W printing is 5 cents per page for single sided, 10 cents per page for double sided (though you will not see digital printing prices posted anywhere, so that in itself is quite ambiguous). More than graphic design SML does printing. Yep, good old fashioned photocopying. What I like about this place is that it is conveniently located (across from Kinko's), the service is great, and it's cheap.
