I had bought things like - wiper blade inserts, accessory belts, headlights, air filters and transmission fluids.

The guys working the parts counter have been prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly to me.

Never again

Since they are very busy They are slow, doing unauthorised work and they do not want to do warranty covered work. All Sisley need is your MONEY... They do not check any recalls for your model, and do not mention about their complementary services. BTW, never trust their price comparison charts.

Quite bad customer service – do you need more? Did not read the comments before going there – big mistake. I did not expect that sales could be so condescending, arrogant, and bad-mannered. I thought it applies to the public service only :)

Took my wife's CR-V in for its 30K service. This is a busy dealership and they are super-efficient. The service rep explained Honda's maintenance codes. He called when the car was ready and the bill was $60 less than the estimate.

Most impressive of all the dealerships I have ever used. I recommend.
