I complained to the College of Pharmacists when this drug store failed to dispense Brilinta. The pharmacy assistant made the mistake and the pharmacist did not catch it. I heard today that Shopper's Drug Mart is intending to sell recreational marijuana and medicinal marijuana.  I am extremely allergic to any kind of substance and I am disappointed that the store will get involve in participating in the most destructive drug along with potent drugs that is hitting our streets. Worst service ever at their postal counter. I came to collect a parcel at 2.15pm, armed with a card telling me said parcel would be available after 1pm. The woman just kept saying "ready after 1, ready after 1"! And when I pointed out the time, just said, "Tell Canada Post". Urgh

There are two Shoppers in the Kitsilano area and I actually prefer the other one over this one. This one has been here for a long time. Its like any other Shoppers. This one is busy because its located on 4th and is definitely busier than the other location.

I came in for a package that had been delivered (or attempted) the day before and hadn't read that it wouldn't be at the post office until after 1pm the next day. HORRIBLE. Tried buying something on a corporate card here and after the cashier rung through my item and I paid for it she asked me for ID which I didn't have and then grabbed my card out of my hand and refunded it before I could even see a manager. The outstanding feature of this Shoppers is their pharmacy staff who are all knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to explain prescriptions, etc. to their customers.

London Drugs is better value on most standard items, although Shoppers Seniors Day offers a nice discount for those of us who qualify, and I like their Shoppers Optimum program.

The pharmacists at this store are who I rely on for exceptional health information and support. I have tried the many other pharmacies in this neighbourhood and this is the one I know I can count on. The pharmacists are available and they take the time to understand my questions.

For parking, plan to walk a block or two - it's good for your health. ;). I know, it sucks when you're sick.

I find there aren't many stores that are exactly the same where ever you go but Shoppers is one of them. Walk in, pass the cosmetics and have the cosmetics girl say hi. Then off to buy a tooth brush. I wish yelp had 0 stars to give because shoppers deserves it. I tried to get Benadryl from the Kits location and the only boxes they had on the shelves had already expired. I noticed it at the counter and they brought a new box from storage with an expiry date within the next 8 months. I bought it and by some luck I had to stop at Safeway. They were selling the same box for about 40% cheaper... more

other than people asking for change right outside the door, Shopper is a great company here in Canada

What's not to love about a drug store that is open 24 hours and has a post office inside? Staff are pretty friendly here too. No complaints!

The thing I like most about this Shoppers is that they have a post office inside. Other than that, the London Drugs a few blocks over on Broadway has Shoppers beat in terms of size and content. In my opinion, drug stores should at least sell orange juice and Gatorade, you know, for the sick people who are picking up their drugs and who don't want to have to go full on grocery shopping.
