This is my go-to place for pasta in the Markham area. The pasta is done al dente every time I visited. Absolutely loved the pastas!! The sauce was rich and noodles were al dente!!we also had the fries Bolognese.. So flavorful!! We also chose the set meal which included the soup and dessert.. I went to this restaurant twice: once with 5 co-workers and once with my boyfriend. Best dishes among 7 different orders: Wafu pasta (this is the original J style Italian pasta) and Sukiyaki pasta. Despite being located at the J-Town mall, this restaurant is not run by Japanese personnel. This was not a deal breaker for me but it's usually not a good sign. Ok here's the deal.
