I've been to a lot of spas, so naturally I was thrilled when my bridesmaids chose to take me to one. Three of the four of us booked massages, I booked a facial, and two of the girls got manicures (one shellac, one standard).

I booked a facial at Sherwood Village Spa; I had a gift certificate through Life Experiences that I received as a birthday present. The spa is spacious inside and very zen-like. My aesthetician was very courteous and knowledgable. My facial was relaxing and my skin was rejuvenated. The aesthetician recommended some of their products but did not pressure me to buy them on the spot.

Fab! I had the best massage ever there and the staff is fantastic. Not too many amenities but great lounge and best spa in Mississauga by far.

Naureen was a consumate professional, who provided suggestions for avoiding smears, after my manicure. For example, she suggested that I pay for the service and retrieve my keys from my purse, before she put on the polish. She was also a good conversationalist, which kept me adequately engaged, during the treatment.

Lovely facilities. Crystal was delightful and welcoming as a reflexologist.

The employees at the spa provide excellent customer service and their agenda is to ensure you completely enjoy your experience. They have always lived up to my expectations and that is why I have been a client for over 20 years.
