Had a great experience
Had a great experience with Sherwood Kia! Was unable to go to the dealership to see and test drive the SUV that I was looking for so they came to me with different ones. That is what made all the difference.
Booked appointment
Booked appointment went for a test drive and bought a Kia soul. Salesman was new but his co-workers assisted him accordingly. Good trade in price for my car and good price given for winter tires, paint sealant and undercoating. Was a painless experience and would buy again from this dealership.

Just purchased my new 2013 Kia
Just purchased my new 2013 Kia Soul from Sherwood Kia. What an amazing experience. We went there one day and test drove. I was trying to decide between the Soul and a Civic so didn't spend much time there. Two days later I finally decided on the Soul. Since Sherwood Kia didn't have the color I was looking for we decided to drive an hour to another dealership. That was a horrible experience on many different levels. On our way home we decided to stop by Sherwood Kia again to see if the color I wanted was coming in soon. The salesman spoke to his manager and they ordered it on the spot. They gave us a great deal without even asking for it. And no, it wasn't the end of the month. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, nice, fun, and professional. Even the finance guy was easy to deal with. No pressure for anything. The whole process was quick but not rushed. And it was the end of the day on Saturday. If you need a new or used car you need to go to Sherwood.

A Hugh reason as to why we chose Kia ,Was there Safety Features are Impeccable , We have a 15 yr old Daughter.. I feel very Calm and as much at peace as a mother can be when it comes to our Children driving.... However with all the Safety Features that come with Any of the KIA Vehicles, I know I can rest more easy knowing how SAFE she is regardless if she is Driving or is a Passenger.... :)
I have been taking my Sedona
I have been taking my Sedona to Sherwood Kia for the last 5 years and LOVE their service dept.. So, buying my next Kia from them was only logical. My hubby and I bought 2 cars from them in the same month, and had an awesome experience with Jerome. AND, free oil changes/rotations for life come with it! My Mom sold cars for many years and I know a thing or two about shady dealerships. Sherwood Kia is a class operation and they strive to provide excellent customer service!
I just bought a used truck
I just bought a used truck from Sherwood Kia - they were fantastic. I told them what I was looking for, and they went out and found the right vehicle for me. Everything was quick and painless. I have no complaints, and would send all my friends to these guys.

We were in the market to purchase a 2011 Kia SOUL SX. We chatted with 4 different Kia dealerships - 3 in Calgary where we live and Sherwood Park Kia. We emailed the Sherwood Park dealership to inquire about stock and replied to by Kayla who went out of her way to make us happy and showed the best customer service we have seen in a LONG time. We purchased our SOUL unseen over the phone and drove up to Sherwood Park the next day to pick it up. We certainly were not disappointed! Although we did run into one issue with the remote started we'd had installed we were handled professionally, efficiently and respectfully which was appreciated, Well done, our many thanks to you and the wonderful team at Sherwood Park Kia!!

Excellent Dealership
By far the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with! All of the staff go well above and beyond to accommodate you. My personal experience was with Kayla Campbell in New Car Sales, and I bought a 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid with Convenience Package. She, as well as the financing staff - were phenomenal. Honesty and no pushing - unlike you tend to find in other dealerships. I am now a lifelong customer, and recommend anyone buying a vehicle to make the trip to Sherwood Kia. You will not be disappointed!
Great customer service
Our salesman was very polite. After having trouble deciding between 2 cars, he figured out the numbers and helped us which car fit our budget best. He was so nice. It was a pleasure doing business with him and will recommend this dealership to our friends.

There is a reason why the BBB gives this dealership an F rating. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I found the sales manager Tony to be dishonest. Get everything in writing, because later he will deny saying it. I've bought cars from Honda and Toyoto, and never had a hitch, at sherwood kia its been nothing but problems.
