Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Expect the Finest!

Very friendly, helpful staff.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the location was good, the brunch was fantastic. The only issue was that the restaurant staff was confused and slow.

The breakfast in the morning is nothing special the only hot item was scrambled eggs yet still cost $15 per person could have walked down the street to Tim Hortons for a full breakfast for less then the outrageous price that they charge.

The hotel was excellent. The room was a good size. When we reached, the staff helped us plan our excursions and the room service was good. We can't wait to go back to this hotel for our next trip to Vancouver.

Its to bad im wake up in the middle of the night just to check the aircondition if its working or not because im sweating and im found out the aircon has a timer every hour, im so upset that night why i was choose this Hotel.

Large hotel with plenty of room and amenities.

The rooms were large, clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the outdoor pool. This is obviously a big destination for conferences. walking distance to world class shopping

Very close to Guilford Town Center, the third largest mall in BC. Secure parking, pool, and friendly service. I could have easily spent all weekend at the hotel.

This hotel is starting to show signs of aging.

The front desk is very understaffed to take care of the size of the hotel. The front desk people are also having to answer the telephone while they are helping the guests.

Not bad

Staff were generally very friendly except one woman at the front desk act like I own her money. Room was spacious, nice and clean, air conditioner was a little bit noisy but acceptable. They charge you extra for everything like parking, WiFi, even crib. Other than that it's a nice hotel.

Very dissapointing.

There was power outage ,the management did not help. They said that the generator was on but for only in the common area,but there was no power in the room,we were hot and miserable .They said that was not their fault,it was somebody else. This was my 3rd time staying but this was a terrible stay

Easy to find, nice rooms

Really easy to find location. Underground parking was nice. Room was roomy and comfortable. Selecting TV channels was annoying as it made you go back to the guide screen every time. Hotel staff were friendly but most of them were sitting down in the lobby doing nothing. Would go back for sure.

Nice place. Close to our family. Never have a problem with getting accommodations.

Thought that paying to park after you pay that much for a room is pretty sad.I also think it's pretty sad that you would charge a guy for a couple bottles of water set by coffee maker to make coffee.No fridge was kind of a letdown as well.

I stayed extra days after a business meeting as a personal retreat. The room was very comfortable. The surrounding area offered many activities, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk clerk did not explain how to use elevator key security system. The pool area was always messy and littered with garbage and towels.

Hoping for a better stay...

The hotel was pricy to begin with and then on top of that they charged for parking. The room was o.k. but there was an overall odor in the hotel. Not a top end hotel yet they charged high-end pricing. The pool and hot tub were also very dated. Very disappointed as this was my sons first time to BC!

Great sleep

This was a great stay for 2 nights! The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfortable. Very close to shopping at Guilford mall and all other needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Vancouver Get Away

Found the hotel staff were excellent and made sure we were well attended to. Room was very nice and bed was great! Definitely recommend the hotel. Location was not ideal for our particular needs but staff made the difference.

A great 2 night stay

The staff there are excellent, and made me feel very comfortable and most importantly very welcome! There is a very professional atmosphere in the lobby yet at the same time you feel quite at home! The rooms are clean and a great deal larger then I expected. i will definitely stay there again on my next trip out!!

Quiet and clean with a great lounge

Our stay was great at the Sheraton as we had a high floor club room with a view of the flag. The club member private room served great food and had a wonderful view, I would reccomend the club floors.

This is a nice place. We stayed here since it was a better deal with Starpoints. In retrospect, I would stay closer to downtown if we went back. This is nothing against the hotel though.The front desk was very helpful in working out an issue with another reservation. Great place as long as you're not there for touristy stuff.

Wow... I travel at least 4-5 times a year and this Sheraton has given me the least favourable visit. I just came back from the Sheraton at Niagara Falls and that was a nice experience. I have stayed at Fairmont / holiday inn / Sutton Place / Hilton! Never have I had an experience like this hotel.

We got a room on Priceline, then we upgraded to a corner suite on a "Club Floor". This was a very good decision and very easily negotiated with the front desk.

There for a one-day meeting, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were surprisingly delicious. The restaurant is top-notch! We spent one night at the Sheraton Guildford. Very comfy beds! Great pillows! The room was spacious and clean. We had the breakfast buffet - something for everyone there, and good service, too. My only quibble is that a mini-fridge in the room would be nice; otherwise we are very satisfied.

Worst vacation ever. Bill Gates could not afford to eat at the resteraunt. The room did not even have a mini fridge. This stay was covered by a mentally disabled woman who had to save for 5 years. Not as expected

when we book it, it said it's extra large room with sitting area. But when we arrived, we only get the regular room. No refrigerator. Loud AC system.Very disappointed. Only the location is good. Easy access to highway.Also, we were originally looking forward to their pool and spa and guess what, when we checked in, we were told it's closed for renovation. Totally screw up our 4 days trip.

Don't Waste Your Money!

When we arrived we were informed that the elevators were broken due to a recent storm and they had been out of order for 3 days and were still out of order. Fantastic vacation

Very nice and friendly. Room service was VERY pricey and you had to pay to park at the hotel.. I think you should not have to pay when you are already paying for the room.

Overpriced and would not stay in again

We enjoyed the buffet meals but the interior has been updated with a large mirrors and plush seating. The resturant is now where the bar was. The entree meals were over priced. For four people with 2 appies and a meal and pop $160.00.

Out of all the Hotels in Surrey this is friendliest, good workers in every area, and i would return everytime im in the city and highly recommened it to anyone around the world. This is a great place to stay for a night or even a week. There is lots to around the area and a great place to meet other people from out of town.
