I went to this hotel for a party and it was a nice hotel. I didn't spend the night, but the venue was nice. Everything was expensive though, defanitely overpriced.
Nice room and great amenities but richmond tower back view is faced to an office building. You can actually see the workes and even their screens across the street. Unlucky if you get a room on that side.
The best thing about this hotel is its location - connected to the Path allowing easy access all over the financial district without having to step outside. Other positives: the staff were all friendly and accommodating; the gym is nice - has lots of equipment so it's never too crowded, and open 24 hours.

This hotel is amazing. Always stay here when I travel to Toronto.
The rooms themselves seem a little outdated, but always clean and in perfect condition.
Attached to the Eaton Center which is very convenient. Right in the heart of the city.
Recommend to anyone travelling to Toronto.
We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel for three days and we had a fantastic stay. We had a room on the 27th floor and the views were good.

We stay at this hotel every year and continue to receive a consistent experience. Worst 2 nights in a business hotel I have ever experienced. First night in a noisy room where I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. Convenient location right in the heart of Toronto. There's an extensive underground concourse that connects the hotel to Eaton centre and many other buildings, which is very handy if you want to avoid the freezing weather. You can do your shopping and meals without stepping outdoor.

I stayed here for business in January 2015. I have to stay my last few stays at Starwood hotels have been a disappointment. The location of this hotel was good, but the room was quite dated. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is within walking distance of the theater district, Chinatown and local government. Also a nice variety of restaurants are close by. Easy access to the PATH that has many amenities and stores. Cannot beat the location. All and all a great place to stay.
Stayed here just before Christmas to celebrate a friend's birthday downtown. The hotel is about average price for Toronto (which means it is a gouge compared to anything else in Southern Ontario). The Decor is all earth tones and the place badly needs a makeover from this century. Bed in the room was comfy and we had a pretty cool... more

If you enjoy going to McDonald's, and find Olive Garden is the place to take a date, then by all means give the Sheraton a try, but be prepared to pay for service quality found on the other end of the spectrum. Stayed there for the second time. This is a good hotel for business travelers. Everything clean, quick and efficient. A bit expensive especially breakfast but guess this is Toronto...
The only cons is bathroom appliances. Both faucet quality and installation work better fit for a 2-star motel.
I've probably stayed at this hotel over 50 nights in the past 5 years. If you're staying in Toronto for the 1st time, it's a great location, because it's in a nice area where a lot of the top 10 tourist attractions are in Toronto. Very pleasant experience. It's nice to find a downtown hotel that doesn't treat you like less of a guest when you travel with your young children. They were very accomodating and I especially appreciated the help I received from the courtessy desk. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
Easy walking to many desirable downtown Toronto attractions, either above ground, or through the excellent underground PATH system, which travels directly under the hotel.
Was expecting more of a luxurious hotel with nicer facilities.
Excellent staff, room service and amenities for the price and location.
Quiet and comfortable Air system a tad noisy Hotel is an old hotel, room service was decent and prompt I'll stay here again, I didn't have time to check out the gym and pool
Liked the location but near the elevator is noisy at night and bathroom had aa bad smell like someone was sick. Real bad smell. Room 2321.
The hotel room was good, there was an excellent view and lots of space, but the Sheraton charges $15/day for internet access (wired and wireless). It can also be quite noisy on weekends, as it's a popular hotel for people partying downtown.
The hotel is in a great location to explore the city. We stayed for one night, with a view over City Hall. The standard double room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Staff were also friendly and efficient. The only cons were that the air in the room was dry and there's a wifi charge. We did not try the hotel bar/restaurant etc.
it was not a bad experience with the price I spent. probably will come back
close to all shopping both on ground and underground close to favorites stores
We visited the Opera Atelier performance of Alcina, and the COC performance of Madama Butterfly on Saturday and Sunday (mattinee). The hotel is in between, and most convenient for walking to both. A very good night, but the restaurant leaves something to be desired.
I had a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. At the time of our stay the scotia bank marathon was taking place, I would recommend for future events the hotel staff inform all guests of road closures etc as I/we weren't forwarned and had considerable difficulty leaving area Other than that I have no complaints
stayed there two weekends in a row and card key wouldn't work both times. Staff took half an hour to come up and fix problem. Asked to speak to a manager and still never saw one. Unacceptable when you have reservations other places and can't get into your room and no one will come and help
despite requesting a high room in our booking made well in advance, were given a room in the old part of the hotel on 5th floor! Room was nice, however bed creaked considerably and so caused a disrupted sleep. Gym was in the other part of the hotel, and so not convenient to get to from the old part.
It was a pleasant experience. Staff was helpful. Dining room was ok not great
Pillows were awful, everything else great. staff were great.
Several desk receptionists were cold. Unfortunate for such a classy hotel.
Happened to stay on the night of Nuit Blanche. Was concerned it might be loud all night but actually turned out alright. The decor in the hotel room was very dated, washrooms in desperate need of a renovation. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.
Asked for a toothbrush and they called 30 minutes later because they recorded that item was delivered. It wasn't. They said again, they would send it. 30 minutes later.. nothing. Then front desk wouldnt answer phone. Bad service.
Great stay at an excellent hotel in downtown Toronto. Spacey rooms in great condition.
Cecilia at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant with our check in which was difficult due to a name mix up. She was patient and made sure that we had a great room. Obvious that she cares that the customers have a great stay.
I know its supposed to be a good hotel. We stayed for one night only and it was not good. Nice hotel, close walk to downtown Toronto ammenitites. Hotel staff on average were very pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable but neither were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in the downtown area.
4 guys went for baseball games and Hockey Hall of Fame. An easy walk to everything we wanted to see or do.
Centrally located to everything. Basic rooms but overall ok for a couple of nights. Hotel was clean but seemed a bit dark and drabby in certain areas. It is a big hotel so the lobby was usually very busy. However, it was very quiet on our floor at night. We stayed in the Richmond Tower on the 7th floor.
Not impressed when I wake up at 5:30 am becuase the guest in the next room is complaining on the phone to hotel staff regarding parking fee charges he did not wish to pay. The hotel was impressive on entrance. Once in the room, it was small and mediocre. It had no fridge which I concider pretty standard. The cable did not work properly, I called downstairs to have someone come and fix it and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. Overall bery disapponting.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. I have never had these bad experiences in hotel. Some lamps didn't connect with outlets. We didn't have enough bath and hand towels. Although I asked a women of the front desk to bring it, they didn't bring.. My family said they didn't want to stay it again.

A large hotel in centre if town. Experience not helped by having the Amway conference staying there. Our room was spacious, the concierge was very friendly and helpful, but - by far - the best part of our hotel stay was the king size bed! SUPER comfortable, with excellent pillows.
this whole experience was a total nightmare from start to finish. As soon as I got to the room, I saw a centipede and I might have been a little drunk but I swear I saw like 5 more. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone interested in seeing what Toronto has to offer! We will certainly be back!
Our room wasn't ready on time, and we came an hour after check in. For the price you pay for a room I thought this was a little ridiculous.
Hello:My companion and I purchased 2 rooms 1439 & 1440 for two nights 4/25/14 to 4/27/14. one night stay at this hotel. The pool was a great indoor/outdoor affair and the lobby was buzzing, the hotel had great facilities and nice rooms. The lower floor level brought you down to the PATH (underground shopping system - very handy!) The bus to the airport...

We stayed at the Sheraton Centre for four days over the New Year's Holiday. Everything about the place was great. It's location was key to our enjoyment of Toronto, with everything a long walk or short subway walk away.
The Sheraton Centre was centrally located for the New Year's Party as well, being directly across from the new city hall where the stage was setup for the full party.

The lobby area of this hotel was huge and very nice. But I wasnt impressed to much with the rooms. The other thing I liked about this hotel was that we were pretty close to everything in Toronto. We walked over to Eaton Center a few times to shop and we are surrounded by different restaurants. Overall I really liked this hotel and wouldnt mind staying here again.

Upon arrival, valet informs me that parking was either 45.00 for valet or 25.00 self park across the street in a public parking lot for 24 hours. I opted for the public parking because the parking lot was directly connected to the hotel, and was fortunate enough to find a spot a few feet away from the connecting corridor.
Wifi connection is stronger at hotel lobby, at the 18th floor where I...

The Sheraton is always a safe bet when booking a Hotel room. The Sheraton Toronto overlooks Nathan Philip's Square (City Hall), and is clean, has good sized rooms, and good business facilities. It is also connected to the underground walkway system, so you don't need to get wet or cold if you need to do some walking.
Unique Quality: Great view, pool and fitness centre, several bars and...

We stood in line for over half an hour to check in!! It was a busy weekend in Toronto, and the hotel was quite full. There was lots of NOISE in the hallways until late (early?) hours. The location is great, and price was good for downtown Toronto.
Understaffed. It took more than 3 hours to get 2 of the 3 rooms we
booked ready for us. No communication between front desk and
housekeeping. Busy times should be anticipated. It was not a very
relaxing stay.
Liked the room allocated and super clean and appointed. Good choice for our activities
Prett sure my booking itemized a breakfast value included in the booking. At checkin desk, no such confirmation. Disappointed, that's why I did the booking online!
Friendly, efficient, helpful staff.
Slow elevators Room was nice, but noisy. Not sure what the noise
was: sounded like elevators running, but we weren't close to the
elevators (room 2614). The noise was constant. Room was a little
'beaten up' eg. Big stain on carpet, wallpaper peeling in
the bathroom
The beds are very comfortable. The person working at the info area was pleasant and helpful.
I was unaware of the parking situation with all the construction! It took almost an hour after having driven from Sudbury to park! No one was very helpful at this time and the small cardboard sign with info stapled on pole was less helpful! I was looking forward to my stay as I have been there in the...

The room was quiet, the bed comfortable.
Neither Booking.com nor the Sheraton Website told me in advance that
over and above paying for my room I would have to post a $ 300.00
deposit upon arrival. The cost of breakfast at $31.00 cdn (buffet) was
high. In sum, over priced and less than truthful in their advertising.
Location near subway station, downtown, calm, nice staff
No free wifi in the room.
you have to keep 300CAD as deposit for possible internet use or movie watching.
busy check in (waiting time 15-30 min)
Walked to Rogers Centre for Jays game.
Pool closed, under construction. Not noted on website. Only free wifi is

desk and no one showed up to fix. Construction all around the hotel,
really loud early morning. No parking, not easy to navigate.
Our family of 6 were delayed in Toronto late at night with no luggage. We checked into the hotel with the help of Andrew Chan. He and the staff went above and beyond providing us with essentials we didn't have as well as a late night snack for our four children and late checkout the following day. Gorgeous hotel, great location and wonderful staff.
We attended an event in one of the ballrooms, which was very well done and the food was very good.
- We had to wait 30 minutes to get to the front of the hotal with the car for valet parking. The traffic in front of the hotal is very disorganized.

Location, and pool area
Ceiling in room had mold and also was dripping water from vent.
Large room - suite
Nice bar
Good buffet restaurant
Helpful concierge
Our floor (20) was ok, but needs a refresh
Too outdated, areas under construction old, not enough security, had

The hotel was not only beautiful to look at but also located in such a perfect area of the city. The underground accessibility was a huge plus too!
The hotel is very well located for everything in the center of the city. At the moment they are doing some renovations to the exterior, which make the drive up entrance a bit chaotic, but they are also offering great deals on the rooms to compensate.
Nice clean room, quiet, comfortably furnished, very comfy bed. Good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside were long waits to check in and check out if you are not a Starwood preferred guest.
Staff was nothing to write home about, however, the hotel is in the heart of Toronto. Quick walk or cab ride to all of Toronto attractions. Great value.
The counter staff were not alert to a check in line developing. It took a grumble by me to a porter who alerted the duty manager before more staff hit the desks. My wait for check in more than 15 mins.A perennial gripe. There is a WiFi charge for the rooms though not public areas.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Parking is very expensive, but if you park at Nathan Phillips Square across the street it's much cheaper and easy underground access to the hotel.Only complaint is that they spray the lobby with a strong old lady feeling perfume that instantly gives you a headache. I could only be in the lobby for short periods of time.
This hotel was in the perfect location for all Toronto has to offer. Walking distance from CN tower, Rogers centre, and a number of fun bars.
Skoosh provided tremendous value for this hotel. It is well appointed. Has comfortable beds. It was close to shopping, dining and theatre. Parking at hotel was valet only, but municipal underground parking across the street provided easy access to the hotel at half the cost if valet.
Efficient check-in and check-out. Room spacious and clean. Conference facilities excellent. Very good value for the money. I would definitely recommend to others and will stay there during subsequent visits to Toronto. Reservations through Skoosh were excellent, efficient and a very good value.
Excellent Staff - Ronnie who checked me in was very helpful - concierge was very helpful. Superb breakfast and staff very courteous. Location excellent - Overall excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time. We will come back.

Supposed green policy nonsensical - if you opt in basically say goodbye to all housekeeping including dusting of room and trash removal, without further explanation just seems a way for the hotel to simply save money on staffing costs.
Overall we had a great stay. We were moved from a room with 2 beds into a room with one bed. Extra space would have been nice but overall it's a very nice hotel.
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Was expecting one thing, and got another. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see in Toronto.
Pretty good for an older remodeled hotel. On site food marginal and somewhat overpriced. Privacy issue-no door to bathroom facilities. Toilet/bath combo cramped. Excellent service including maids and concierge. Would stay there again but might try nearby Hilton next time.

“The Starbucks, restaurants, an active lobby with great Internet, great concierge service. It's alive with activity - yet serene with the atrium garden, comfortable and clean. The location is so convenient. This stay included a family member having surgery at Mt.Sinai. We were able to park the car and walk there and back every day. At night it felt like coming back home.”
You can do much better than this hotel. It is not bad - but it is not good either. The hotel staff were completely indifferent to us on the various times of interaction. Front desk, Bell men, Concierge all made no effort on any request. The room for the price had issues, ceiling paint in bathroom was flaking, wall paper was peeling, etc. Look elsewhere.
The hotel was nice, but before we even walked in the door in the hotel drop off area we were approached by two people asking for money. However, while we were bringing our bags after checking in the hotel guard asked us to move our car if we were not going to pay for valet parking. If this man would pay more attention to panhandlers it would have been nice. Don't pay for valet, there is a lot... more
Stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend. Very nice hotel and the location is exceptional. Room was clean, although a bit worn looking. Staff was very good for the most part, but don't try to ask a question of the Information desk 3 minutes before they close or they'll ignore you until closing time and then point out that you'll need to come back in the morning for help. We got a fabulous... more
Stayed Dec 25 -28, 2009. The hotel was fantastic! The room was HUGE and Beautifully decorated and very clean. I called and asked were I could heat up my baby's bottle and they brought me a microwave to put in my room immediately. We checked in late, so we order Room Service, the food (steak dish, chicken dish and other) was delicious and delivered fast. They have internet/computer /printer... more
Stayed here for a couple of nights in July 09. They had a * special which is amazing for a downtown hotel..especially when they are usually 200 and up. When we came back after shopping in the afternoon they had lemonade and a popcorn machine in the lobby...everything free. It was very good and the kids liked this alot. The exercise room had alot of machines and a nice pool but the hottub spa... more
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto. It is right in the middle of the downtown area. Close to the subway, the streetcar, the main strip "Yonge Street", and a couple of blocks away from some of the hottest bars and clubs. The hotel is beautiful and the area is very safe. The pool area and the fitness center are state of the art. I was so excited to workout on the high... more
Stayed at the Sheraton for a week in May 2009. It was very noisy all the time, even through the night. Our first 2 nights, we heard a clunking sound all through the night. We thought it was some renos going on so we switched rooms. But the clunking sound persisted and was even worse in the second room. The hotel staff switched us into a room closer to the elevators. Why they did this when they... more
This hotel is very nice! The staff was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the service. I will certainly return to this location when I am in the city!
The hotel is currently under renovations and elevators are not available on the first floor. You have to trek up the escalator with your bags to catch the second floor elevator. Gym priviliges are not included in the base price. If you want to work out, be prepared to pay extra. The room was nice and hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
We arrived on a very busy day. We waited at the curb for a few minutes but nobody approached us or helped us at all. We moved the luggage into the lobby ourselves. No valet parking people came either, but it turned out okay to us because you can park across the street (city hall underground parking garage) yourself for $ per day, vs $ valet parking in the hotel. Hotel is connected to... more
It was jmy first time staying at the Sheraton Centre Toronto hotel.. Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, restaruants, all connected to the PATH, EATON CENTRE. CN TOWER IS WALIKNG DISTANCE. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, so it is close to everything. I had asked for a room AWAY from the elevators and on an upper floor . I got an excellent view of Downtown Toronto from my... more
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was excellent, the rooms clean, and the underground shopping provided most everything you wanted. The only thing to be aware of is you will pay for everything. Food is more expensive in Toronto than other places. Also, they charge $/day to access their Internet. This on top of paying over $/night to stay there. It seems like they are gouging you... more
Front desk was friendly. Did not request any room service or visit the pool. It was below my window so I had a good view of it from the 17th floor. Overall this was an excellent hotel deserving of the 4 star rating. When returning to Toronto will definately stay here.
I was very pleases with the room as well as the tv and internet access. Hotel also had nice amenities including restaurants. I thought food was a bit expensive though. Overall, I was very pleased.
It is right in the middle of downtown Toronto. The subway station is located about 100 yards away. There is upscale dinning in the hotel and below the hotel there is a mall-like area with lots of fast food.We had an HD TV with lots of channels but the movies were really pricey, about * a movie. The internet wasn't free but the city of Toronto has a city wide wireless service for only * a month,... more
Room was nice and clean but walls were paper thin and you could hear all the noses outside even at night.
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is central to everything in the city. The Sheraton recently completed a renovation of some of its public spaces such as the lobby. It's better than your typical Sheraton in service and amenities. The rooms have the new Sheraton heavenly bedding which makes for a very comfortable sleep. Bathroom is on the small side but toiletries were upgraded... more
This is actually the second time I've now stayed at the Toronto Sheraton, and the second time I've enjoyed my visit. It's nothing too fancy, but the location is quite good and it has a never nice indoor-outdoor swimming pool that's long enough to swim laps and is frequently uncrowded.
The hotel was in a good location, but it was loud. From the North side of the hotel you could hear the rings of a bell tower. On the South side of the hotel, your hear doors slamming and street noise. We changed our room 3 times. The last time we just gave up. The rooms need to be updated. A/C in some rooms make a rattling noise and some of the showers do not drain well. I will not stay at this... more
We arrived in Toronto the morning of July 8th and took the airport shuttle to the hotel which is a great deal, and a very nice bus. The hotel is very centrally located and has easy access to mass transit, but cabs are a bit pricey. I also recommend the double decker sight seeing tour bus that allows you to get on and off for a week as long as you have your receipt. Dining at the hotel is quiet... more
This return visit certainly did not disappoint. The location is great for access to public transit. As usual, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very nice with enough space, and the bed was GREAT! If I were to nit pick, the doors between rooms allowed a fair bit of noise to filter through. Also, an inside curtain rod detached, but the front desk made note and was... more
My wife took me to Toronto for my birthday last August. I have to say the staff was very helpful during our stay. They even suggested many activities and local eateries that we had to try. Our room was very spacious and always clean when we asked for the room to be cleaned. The view was to die for. With the CN Tower in view, we were lucky to see it change color every night. The only draw back... more
My family and I have stated at the Sheraton Centre more times than I can remember. This hotel is located in the middle of everything. In less than a minute you can be in the Eaton Center by using the PATH. The staff has always been helpful and the rooms always maintained well. The beds are comfortable.
Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and we had a great view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be beat--we were within easy walking distance of lots of activities, bars and restaurants and you could access the Toronto underground through the basement of the hotel, which meant access to all the shops and restaurants without ever... more
The hotel was clean and very nice. The location is perfect because it is in downtown Toronto.
this hotel is not bad, but there is noise happening all throughout the day. You can hear water running through their pipes. This hotel offers great customers service and parking is a bit expensive($35 a day ). You could park the car across from the hotel on Queen st. ( city hall parkinglot ) for $6 during the day on weekends of $12. But no in or out piverliges.
We PREPAID for a ROOM; on arrival find NO ROOMS LEFT!! They put us in uncomfortable meeting room and 'offered' free breakfast. If we had not prepaid, we can go elsewhere. Absolutely SHAMEFUL for a Sheraton flagship hotel.
For the cost of the room not many perks were included. Extra fees were charged for use of the room phone including 800 number calling cards. Extra fee was charged for use of exercise room and one could not take anything from the bar to their room, but had to order room service which had an extra $3.50 charge
The view was amazing and the staff very accomidating. I went there with a buddy, and they tried to give us a single bed, they switched us at no cost. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing place
Great site, fine staff, excellent rooms, all fine except 1) church bells ring every hour, 24/7and2) some guests were middle-aged but apparently flashing back to fraternity days, making noise in halls at 2 a.m.
We stayed here in November and everything was excellent. Airport Bus takes you right to the hotel and back. Very clean and attentive staff. Large Room with great views of City Hall.
Hotel was more then we expected. Central location and entrance within hotel to Eaton Center was very convenient. Workout facitilies were very nice. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout.
