Great Pub, Great Food

Great place to spend a weekend afternoon away from the cold and enjoy good food and even better atmosphere.

Dissapointed

Went for dinner with a bunch of gals on a Tuesday night, while waiting for some of our party to arrive I ordered a water(as I was driving) the other gals ordered some beers and such. Good appies

Every Friday they have 2 for 1 appies in the afternoon, which are very good. Service has always been quick for me and prices are on par with other pubs.

A really nice place to go if you're stuck in Salmon Arm

The waitress was hilarious and friendly. The cheese fries (billed as poutine) were what you need after a freezing, long drive. Hey, if youre in salmon arm - why not?

A welcome break

Discovered by accident. Trying to find adequate parking for a trailer rig is sometimes frustrating. No good trying McDonalds, but across the road in Salmon Arm is this charming looking neighborhood pub with lots of parking. Nothing special, server wasn't very pleasant, food was pub style and nothing special but it was edible. I guess I'd probably try it again for a casual outing.

Tasty pub food and friendly service

Ate supper here as it was convenient to the Comfort Inn, where we were staying. Food was very well prepared and the service was friendly and efficient.

Consistantly delicious

Excellent pub food with a very diverse menu. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. We eat here often. Its our neighbourhood pub.

Better than usual pub food

After a long day coming from Vancouver through big rain we needed a relaxing place with comfort food and to watch the final Stanley Cup game. This place did it. Great variety of very good pub food at decent prices. Really tasty perogies, bacon, onions and brats. Good selection of draft beers. Very good service and good atmosphere.

Beware Those With Wheat Allergies

We stopped for lunch today and explained to the waitress about my severe wheat/gluten allergy. I asked what could she recommend safe for me to eat. it's a clean, friendly, easily accessible with an excellent selection of beers on tap. friendly staff.

Good food

Service wasn't great. The waitress came once during our meal to check on things. The food was average. Decor is in need of updating.

Fav pub in Salmon Arm

We visited this pub many times during the month that we were in Salmon Arm. Lots of great nightly specials kept us coming back. Food was good, as was the service.

Nice small pub

Love the food and prices are reasonable. Nice little pub. Steak sandwich special on Wednesday can't be beat.

Nice place for lunch

Warm and cozy, good food, good service and video card games what more could one want. Still sad they removed my favorite pasta dish, but the vegy burger is supreme.

Pretty good pub food

Fifteen or so years ago this used to be "the place" in Salmon Arm for pub activity but the Barley Station has eclipsed it now. I'm a sporadic customer (once every couple of months) but the general pub fare is good and served promptly.

So-so

Food was pretty good. Big menu. Server could have been more friendly. Atmosphere was part dining restaurant and part lounge. Lots of gambling opportunity with keno screens and pull tabs and lotto.

Great service and the food prices were reasonable. The daily food specials were well priced and really good.

One of the better pubs around

We go to Setters fairly often. Although the food is nothing special, we always leave full and satisfied. Service has always been good, even at busy times. We know what to expect when we go there and we get what we expect.

Pub food

same old same ole, the menu gets boring fast, Not alot of appys to chose from and they took away my favorite pasta meal from the menu.

Good food, atmosphere, a great place for a group for a quick bite, or drink

Good service, good pub feeling, reasonable noise level, can hear each other, but has that pub feeling. Recommend the wings on wings night (Tuesday).
