The 'pet' assigned rooms are not very clean. The food wasn't great, the potential in the menu was wasted.

The rooms are ok, but it depends on what room you get. Some have windows facing the dining room. That's not so great unless you want people watching you. It's like being in a fish bowl. Other rooms face the train tracks and it's noisy.

Front desk people were pleasant and we didn't end up with a room by the elevator.
