Stayed here one night as we couldn't get a room in Kelowna. Lobby was bright and clean, updated and modern. The rooms however are still a work in progress. Swag lamp??? Outdated fixtures. The bed was very clean and comfortable, the room itself was quiet.

Great Room

Rooms were very comfortable. Was a very good sleep.
Air con worked a treat and bathroom was large.
The Irish pub next door is great for a meal and drink.
Reception were friendly and helpful at check in.

Comfortable

Newly renovated, friendly helpful staff, easy to find. Out unit had a full kitchen so if you had a longer stay it was good to be able to cook.
It is on the main road but triple pane windows didn't hear anything.

The room was quite adequate. We were just there for the night. Our room did not have elevator access so we lugged luggage up the stairs. We had not booked this hotel but our hotel lost Roma from a pipe break, so they were helping us out.

Saved us

Recently refurbished rooms and super fast wi-fi

Lovely hotel, staff were ridiculously friendly and rooms were very nice. The hotel has been recently refurbished so rooms are in great condition.
Wifi is super fast aswell, as usual for Sandman, they've got a 24/7 Denny's attached to the hotel.
Would stay here again if I was in the area.

lacrosse tournament

Every year the lacrosse team heads to Vernon for a tournament. I always book at the Sandman, close to the rinks. This past time I stayed on the suite side, and we hadn't even gotten to our hotel door when a live in resident got angry at the boys, laying down the rules.

Had an amazing time

I stayed at the Vernon Sandman early in March after a not so great day of travelling. The staff were all amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, just what I needed after a long day on the road. I look forward staying there again!

Junior Suite Good Deal

Junior Suite comes with a small couch and one chair microwave and frig. It nice to be able to sit in a comfy chair and watch a flat screen. great for a room in this price range. Front desk was helpful in suggesting a route for short walk.

Great stay in Vernon

Stayed for three nights while in Vernon on business in late Feb. this year. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms clean and well maintained. Guest services were very helpful and friendly and one kind lady even helped me figure out the Map app on my iPad. Great value for the room. I will definately be back!

This hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Vancouver Intl. Airport. It is clean, comfortable, nice rooms, friendly staff, and has a restaurant. There are standard rooms, business rooms, and even rooms with jacuzzis. It is located just off the Hwy 99 freeway leading into Vancouver. They also offer a parking package.
