Okay. Didn't feel authentic at all
May 27, 2014I was excited to eat at this highly rated establishment. When we arrived and the restraunt was empty on a sunny saturday afternoon. You will feel welcomed immediately,
the food is amazing,

They have gluten free bannock - my dream come true.

Very much worth the stop

Amazing food experience
May 15, 2014a favourite restaurant with amazing food everytime. I'm a huge fan of the delicious salads at Salmon n Bannock - great dressings and very fresh local experience. Superb Native American dining

Not at all disappointed

I had read the reviews regarding this restaurant and thought my husband and I would give it a try. At the recommendation of the owner we shared an order for pulled boar sandwich and one salmon n' bannock. Both were great, as were the sweet potato wedges. Since it was thirsty Thursday we also each had a beer.

Friendly treatment and wonderful food, from appetizers to dessert

This is an excellent, family-friendly, gourmet restaurant that offers a nice break from the traditional French-Italian or Japanese cuisine. I was with a big group of friends from three different countries and I was afraid that I might have made an unwise choice, but each and everyone of them found something they liked, from salmon to game meat.

Excellent Indigenous Gourmet Food

It is Vancouver Dine Out Festival again and this time we decided to try this local cuisine restaurant. We had two families of 8 people and were arranged in a comfortable corner although the restaurant is very small that can only accommodate approx. 24 seats.
