Jamie at the Parts Service in Richmond Lexus Service department service is superb. He went way out of his way to ask the Lexus driver delivering car driver to help me drop a wheel lock for my Lexus. Moreover, Jamie let him carry all 12 different possible wheel lock to see which one would match mine.

Came here for coffee and cars event today. Although I didn't buy my Lexus at this dealership, the service has always been excellent. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's a gorgeous space. I don't feel pressure sales when I walk into this dealership. I will probably buy my next car from these guys.
