What I love about this driving range is not only it's close to Greenacres golf course but it is bus accessable. The bus route 410 stops right in front. Their rates are reasonable and they have friendly, courteous staff.
It's just meh for the indoor golf range. Not because it's a bad place. They have an outdoor range to hit the balls in the sun, a chipping field and the automatic golf ball thingamajiggy is pretty cool. it's really pretty good.
The bad part (like all over Richmond's golf driving ranges)
It's the people. They suck. Way too noisy and disturbing and you can't enjoy a quiet practice session... more
Not a big fan b/c of the tight walkways between where you golf & the rest of the ppl who walk by you, trying to look for a stall. Yet it's not small, more long, longer than Savage Creek, and not 2 levels.
Can't figure out the popularity of this, maybe those automatic machines where you pour the basket of balls, so then they'll roll off one by one at your mat with a little lift gadget to put on... more
I was ther one evening and coulf not believe how effective the heater was . Guys were hitting balls at 0 gegree with t shirts.
They have the only machine in bc that dries all golf balls. Now they are using callaway golf balls. Very realistic.
