Excellent ! J'ai adoré le SSS. C'est de la nourriture comme on connaît ex. nachos, côtes levées, burger, mais complètement réinventé. C'est délicieux, gastronomique et nouveau. Que choisir de mieux, pour commencer mes vacances, que le restaurant SSS pour l'heure du lunch! Agréablement surpris par un restaurant dont j'avais beaucoup entendu parler ! Nouveau restaurant à Québec d'apres moi, le plus beau resto dans le vieux-port un menu super, on a adoré l'ambiance, la musique et le choix diversifié que nous offre la cuisine biere Archibald et super choix de vins au verre j'adopte! Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Good restaurant but

Average food with nice terrace seating
07 août 2014Walked by this restaurant several times before trying it. I was enticed by the crab cakes seen on diner's plates. Stopped for lunch. Service was slow and food was nothing special. Companion had duck wings and I got the crab cakes. Both were just okay. Glad I tried it but would not go back.

Good meal with nice outdoor space
23 juillet 2014We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and had an outdoor seating area. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars. It was definitely better than average but very good may be slightly over-rated. We had the crab cake which was good but not the best one I have ever had. Service was good.

Good beer on a patio

Wonderful
07 juillet 2014Recommended by our hotel. The service was soo attentive and our server, Mary, gave excellent suggestions. The duck wings in ginger and garlic sauce were out of this world!! The crab cake dinner and the flank steak was exceptional. No room for desert, but will be back to try one.

On the edge of Old Montreal, on antique row, SSS doesn't look like much or, actually, it doesn't sound like much. The name is dumb ( an acronym for Simple, and two other adjectives Starting with S, that don't add any value to this restaurant)

09 août 2013SSS was recommended by our hotel's concierge as the place to go after having just checked in after a day of travel and wanting something good, healthy, and bistro-like. SSS was on target. While not a "must go to" destination place, it hit the spot with good food and excellent service in a bustling "streets of Paris"-like atmosphere.
