Disappointing
27 mai 2014My wife and I, who live in St-Sauveur, tried Le Saint-Sau Pub Gourmand recently as we had heard favourable comments from friends. I ordered a Bison burger @ $ 18.00, it had the consistency of wet cardboard with no distinguishing flavour. A total ripoff. 29 mars 2014Oh g-d. Where to start? Tragic. We walked out two courses into a four-course prix fixe, after an aggressive and clearly inexperienced sommeliere (what pub has a sommelier(e)!?) served us a turned bottle of vinegar I wouldn't cook with then balked at our distaste... and the karaoke-level singing was the cherry on top! NEVER AGAIN.

Our third time at this corner restaurant/pub while strolling through Saint Sauveur.

Pub ambience with a personal touch

On a recent visit to this restaurant with a friend I was surprised to find such good food and service in a pub setting. Decorated simply, providing a bar and restaurant with comfortable seating, diners enjoy a splendid meal while watching their favourite sport on TV.

Location doesn't make good food
04 janvier 2013As soon as I opened the menu I had a bad feeling! The pizza was terrible, the cheese was not even cooked properly, the vegetables weren't either! My boy only said it was awful and barely ate one piece. My smoke meat sandwich was ok, but the fries were terribly dry and tastes like they were re-cooked from the day... plus

very reasonable and tasty
01 août 2012I had spaghetti bolognese, my husband had hamburger steak- both were very nice- we both had the salad bar which had some unusual choices but was very tasty!! Great atmosphere and very well priced for the location.

Location is great, food could be better

not clean and very bad taste

Good lunch
01 janvier 2012Nice place for a lunch. My wife had the soup and salad bar . The soup was great and the salad bar fresh and diversified. I had a pizza which was good but not great.
