The vibe here is very special. It's like sitting at your friends home enjoying a festive dinner. Every dish was unique and delicious. The servers are vey friendly and helpful when choosing a dish. The chef walked around welcoming the guests and taking photos, we loved that.

Le canard

This time we tried the Canard and we had the pleasure of trying their unique press. The sauce was excellent. We enjoyed the "sommelier" comments about our wine.

The food and service here are excellent. There is a lot of information given, and each dish is prepared thoughtfully. Really a culinary experience, especially with the wine pairing. It's like Paris, in Mont-Tremblant

Service of the ladies could not have been better. We did find better food for the price elsewhere, although this was very good. We couldn't find better service however.

I had the most memorable, wonderful meal of my life at this restaurant. We have had to quit skiing and may not return to Tremblant, but I will always have my memories of Cheval de Jade.
