February 04, 2013Teeth are feeling fresh after my cleaning :) Every time I visit I am found with a new surprise that makes me feel even more welcome at Reliance, this time it was the replacement of which was already smart and handy was the scrub foot slips which they have now replaced with rubber "slipper clogs" that all are sized and matching in color. Great touch :)

They let me know it might be a little while and even gave me a coupon for a free coffee next door! It was my very first filling and the staff was very caring and gentle with me! Tooth Filling
October 15, 2012I was in an emergency state with a front tooth pain. The office scheduled my appointment within a 24 hr. period and Dr. Chandy did a consult, and a filling within two hours. Dr. Chandy also offered me a return visit the next day if the tooth remained sencitive and I was in pain to do a root channel so I would not be in pain over the weekend. July 18, 2012I have been to a few dentist offices over the last handful of years and this is by far a warming experience, from the moment walking in the door and being greeted to the end of my appointment I was acknowledged and taken care of. The comfort level of both environment as well as patient experience was mindfully easing and able to allow myself to feel relaxed.

Cavity filling
July 10, 2012Had a cavity filling last week. The dental assistant was very kind and was always asking if I was ok and if I felt any pain to let her know. The Dentist is very personable and welcoming. He was also very kind and asked if I was doing okay. The best experience I have had at a dental appointment. Everyone is kind from the receptionist at the front when you enter up to the dentist.

June 18, 2012Took my 2 children for a cleaning/checkup yesterday and they were fantastic! My little one (3 years old) has never been to a dentist before and they were great with her! Had her smiling and laughing and made her leave thinking the dentist office is a great place full of fun people!

The entire staff is very friendly and informative. All available options are fully explained with no pressure what decision to make. It was my first cleaning with braces and I was so pleased that the hygienist took the time to work around them and get my teeth feeling smooth and clean again.
