This place is awful
Every single time the car comes in for "routine service" it ends up costing hundreds of dollars. For a new car on a lease.

The female Finanace Manager (initials J.W.) is a bald faced liar who promised me a certain price on a warranty in the fall of 2013, only to double it when I came in to buy a week later.

Too bad because the Service department here is amazing.

I bought my 2012 Versa from Pan Pacific Nissan in Richmond, but have taken it in twice for servicing at Regency Nissan in North Van because it's more conveniently located. I took my car in for a 9:30 service appt. and decided to wait while it was serviced. I read 2 papers, and checked e-mails. I got up to stretch after 80 minutes and walked around the showroom and parking lot. As I worked my way around towards the service area I realized my car was still where I had parked it and had not been taken into the bay for servicing.

I have bought Nissans from the richmond auto mall, Southside Nissan and North Shore Regency Nissan. I have never had better service than at the North Van auto mall. I have dealt with Ashiq on my last 3 vehicles and have had the best of service.
