Regaly Ripped OFF!!!

by Tony (from Whitby Ontario) June 2007 - i booked on line only to find the deluxe aprtment had no air conditioning(85 degrees in room), not given parking pass ( parked outside at own expense 2 days) only one elevator working in building. Asked to move to another property next day, was assured air and parking being taken care of. No one from office would call me back so i made an emergency call... more
