This Thai restaurant is located on Bloor Street west and offers a wide variety of Thai dishes.
This is a Chinese restaurant trying to pass as a Thai restaurant.
I can say good things about this restaurant, but it doesn't live up to its name. This isn't Thai food like in Thailand.
The first problem is that there are very few non-meat menu selections. Almost everything contains beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, pork. The vegetarians in our group weren't happy with the menu.
The good news is that prices are...

When I was in Toronto recently on business, a colleague and I ate here. The service was attentive and the food good, though not great. The two of us shared three dishes and especially liked the Thai eggplant. I would have liked a bit more spice, though, and we were not offered options of level of 'heat' as such restaurants... more
I've never had calamari at a Thai restaurant, but this was darn good. But, the Pad Thai and the spring rolls were the same as everywhere. I mean, the food was good but I'm not raving. Popular with Asian clientele so seemingly authentic. What was strange was that our waiter asked if we wanted anything else because the "kitchen was... more
Had dinner here and whilst my meal was amazing but my partners was average. The price was great value for money. Don't order the house wine, whilst I don't expect the best for house wine I certainly didn't expect vinegar!!!!
Service was average but friendly. I would go again
Service was fast. Food was average. Maybe it depends on what one ordered. (Basil lamb and red curry chicken.)
Quiet restaurant. Overall an ok experience.
Great food, friendly staff and inexpensive. I like the fact that they serve the hot sauce beside the dish so if you don't want to eat spicy you don't have to!
They have a lunch special for $10.00 soup/salad and the main course!
Service was friendly and fast. Food was good but not special. Price was reasonable. Do recommend it if you want a quick meal or takeout.
The restaurant was busy even at 9 pm. The waitress was friendly in suggesting items to try. Food service was quick. I had a shrimp soup of types. I believe it was #71. It was recommended by the waitress and was quite tasty. I did order a whiskey and seven after dinner, it had a scant shot of whiskey. I... more
While I would agree with some of the other postings that this place is a bit on the expensive side, it's not more expensive when you compare the menu prices to other places. However, the portions are often a bit smaller. They use standard industry containers for take-out orders and some times you wonder if you accidentally got somebody else's... more
We discovered this restaurant many years ago and we have returned there for dinner and lunch several times In fact a visit to Toronto is not complete without another meal at this place Nutritionally this place is large enough to be a gem for inviting people, Located near Spadina and almost next to a fruit store This restaurant is a... more
Had the shrimp cakes. Tasted a little off. Three hours later my wife is up all night driving the big white bus. Oil was rancid. Didn't finish them and suffered as a result of even trying them. Never again.
What they lack in atmosphere they more than make up for with delicious food. This is our favourite Thai restaurant in Toronto. You can always get a table (although, once people find this hidden gem, that may not be the case anymore!). The food and service are excellent. The prices are fair and the portions quite large. i don't know... more
Can't say if it's authentic (I wouldn't know) but it's great food and good service.
I love this place. Their menu is pretty diverse and their red curry is my favorite Thai curry that I've tried so far. A bit more on the pricey side ($10+ at the end of the meal) but the curry flavor is rich, not just spicy. Go here for the quality.
The BEST Thai food and great value for your money! Service and courtesy is all there - we love this place!
Good Thai but pretty expensive!
The best glass noodles in Toronto.
oh my gosh go there and order the calamari as an appetizer and the goong oap as a main -- you will not be disappointed!
A good place to be on Bloor st., an amazing food, every favour are all in this restaurant.
The restaurant have good reputations, good food, price can do no justic, very reasonable price, the quality of the food are great.
For a taste of South Asia, Real Thailand serves up authentic dishes from the busy hub of Bloor and Spadina. Offering lunch, dinner, catering and take-out, start with light appetizers and proceed with entrees with all the exotic flavors like basil, coconut and bamboo. If you're venturing out of your typical taste-bud boundaries, opt for the traditional Pad Thai, a classic glass-noodle dish... more
