My girlfriend and I go there Wednesdays for their half price wings. My favourite foods are their nachos, which feed three people, and their pizza. Service is friendly and quite good. And they have live music periodically.

There are not a lot of reasonably priced dining options in the area. This pub has a varied menu and a lot of good beer choices. We enjoyed the beet salad the most. Pizza is good, but not great.

The food is a bit on the pricy side, but mostly good, beware of their burgers! The pizza is amazing! Service can be poor, it really depends on the day you go. It can be a nice atmosphere going for lunch, but later at night the music is much too loud to have a decent conversation, and for no reason, as most nights it is a ghost town. The live music is great.

It's pretty hard to get less than 3 stars when you serve Crannog Back Hand of God. I mean this stuff...it's like i need to be alone and naked when i'm drinking it. Pure magic!

Nice place to hang out

We were in the area and stopped by for lunch. This pub had great food and a great selection of beer. We watched part of a World Cup match and enjoyed some burgers, mac 'n cheese, sandwiches, and great beers. We would go back.

I was super surprised by this little pub! We ordered a late night snack of pizza and wings and both were amazing! The pizza was cooked perfectly with a yummy combination of veggies, meat and cheese without being greasy. The wings were fantastic! Perfect amount of spicy sauce and next to no fat. What a great place to have as your neighbourhood pub! I would definitely eat here again.

For some reason people are wild about the pizza here - but I'm not a fan. On the other hand, I love pizza with figs or artichokes as toppings so take that how you want to.

Deep Cove's Pub

Certainly an institution in the area with good pub food, some very good music, and the charm of a dated pub that has had a lot of beer spilled on the carpet over decades. Like similar establishments, not the place to go on warm summer evening but great on a cold winter night when a burger and beer are desired.

I recently was there for a few drinks with friends... It's was my first Raven experience and most likely my last.. The bartenders were rude.. The bars atmosphere was dull and boring.. It really seemed like it was too much of a locals bar:( We didn't feel welcome at all!

Pretty good pub, but the service is not as good. Great atmosphere, and really tasty food but the prices are a bit high. They are the only pub around, otherwise they would have to up their game a bit.

I have been going tothe Raven for years. Yes,I have some disappointments but the good far out weighs the bad. Have a plate of nachos and a burger, you won't be disappointed. Their pizzas are the benchmark.

Waited over 30 minutes for service

First time at this pub and it will be my last. Waited 30 minutes for any server to come to the table. Waited another 15 minutes to bring my pint. The food was cold when it finally arrived.

Popular neighbourhood bar in Deep Cove - we've been a couple times when they were at capacity, and we couldn't get in. Food is pretty good; they do a decent pizza and the portions are huge. It's a popular place to watch the game, so if you're looking for quiet on a Big Sporting Night then this isn't the place to be.

The patio at the raven is a great place to sit in the sun for a few beers after an enjoyable day in deep cove. The food is nice here, there's parking out the back, and the golden tee golf game has a cult following amongst the locals - good times!

The Raven is a great neighbourhood pub. I went with a few friends, and although the noise volume was a bit loud we were still able to have a conversation without actually yelling.
