Convenient to shopping

It was a pleasant & comfortable stay but was disappointed that you can't order movies on the tv. We went to swim in the pool & there was feces on one of the steps down into the pool! YUCK!

Overall not bad but could have been better

We had a great stay...we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only real complaint was all the noise. Was woken up at 7:50AM by someone in the hallway dropping something very heavy three times, then doors being slammed over and over, then what sounded like a maintenance person with the mop bucket rolling it across tile(very loud).... more

The room was spacious, clean and very convenient. Breakfast is not available in the hotel itself, but is served in a restaurant in the same building, which apparently is a separate commerce, unrelated with the Ramada Lodge Hotel. Nice hotel but begining to show its age

The hotel was easy to find on the main road, plenty of parking and friendly staff. On the 'down side' it is beginning to show its age. The room was OK, well maintained but 'dated'. Pleasant out door pub and dining arrangementThe air conditioner in our room was rather noisy, we were in the older section of the hotel.

Ramada Lodge

Friendly staff, centrally located, nice pool. Fridge in room is very useful. Rooms were clean though the carpets in the public areas could use a shampoo. Reasonably priced.

We had a great stay in Kelowna

nice and clean; staff were very abliging; easy access; Everything has gone non-smoking and that wasn't shared with us but it worked out okay being on the bottom floor anyway because we had Lacy (our dog) with us.

Ramada is a good place to stay

We had no problems. It's nothing fancy just a place to rest your head at night which is all we needed. It was quiet despite it being a long weekend and the hotel being fully booked. We even stayed an extra night! There is a shopping mall directly across the street from the hotel and there is a family restaurant "Perkins" and a pub "Mickey's" located inside the hotel.

The Hotel was centrally located with a nice large lobby connected to two resturants, family style and family pub with an extensive well priced menu. The rooms were somewhat on the shabby side, the air conditioner took two days to effectively kick in. Clean and standard rooms. I would stay there again for the value.

What Impressed me was the cleanliness of their swimming pool. Great value for my money compared to other hotels in the same location. I liked how the hotel was very central. We didn't have to drive much during our stay. This location exceeded my expectations.
