I've done hot yoga here twice both hot flow

It kicked my a@s each time but it was very good their helpful when u can't do a pose, don't go wearing any fragrance tho the instructor called me and my girlfriend out on that so unscented soap etc is best!

As we were driving to find parking for our Air BnB, my friends noticed a yoga studio within walking distance. I went to visit the site and noticed that for first time class was either $8 or for two classes $20. This is an awesome deal because in toronto, the first class is typically $15-20. This was a perfect opportunity to do some yoga in a city that we're visiting for the weekend.

I've been going to Rama off and on for about a year now. (Can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review so I will provide a little more detail as penance!)

administration and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. bought a passport to prana from the studio, and when i tried to redeem was told they no longer honour the program. they then refused to provide a refund, despite the fact that I purchased the pass from them. strikes me as a bad business practice to take money from a customer and refuse to provide a service or a refund. teachers may... more

Great bikram classes !

Don't expect good customer service if you practice here. I am not the only one who has experienced the utter rudeness of the staff at Rama Lotus. I've been taking Bikram classes here for years.

Overall, it's a great studio with high quality instruction and a laid back attitude. The Bikram yoga room is currently being renovated with hardwood floors which is a great upgrade. Their class prices are competitive with other area studios. There is ample street parking available.

Sigh, this place was a great experience and I'm definitely hooked. Rama Lotus offers over 100 classes each week with 14 styles of yoga to choose from. This huge selection allows people to go when it best suits their schedule instead of feeling confined to a set class each week.
