Have spent 4 days in this hotel, and have to say that reception staff was just amazing as well as all other members. Very helpful, always with a smile no matter what time. Downtown Winnipeg is not a funny place, sometimes really not at all !!, but as soon as you are inside this hotel you feel better.

Pet friendly, non smoking, friendly willing staff don't hesitate to go out of their way for you, excellent restaurant, easy access to Portage Place, other downtown amenities. Parking within the hotel.
It was JUST alright, so much more cleaning required, staff needs to be more friendly, I left and went to the delta around the corner, what a difference!!!!! Pool is ugly, would have one to the fairmont but no rooms due to construction.
Stayed here for a conference. Wasn't looking forward to it to be honest. But it was amazing. It didn't hurt that they upgraded me to a suite because they ran out of rooms either! But what really impressed me was that every single staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Whether it was room service or someone... more
Spent the weekend, had problems with the tv. I had to call reception & tv support 7 separate times. The sauna was not working during my entire stay, aswell I was overcharged for parking. There was a leak from the ceiling that got all over my luggage & clothing, which took well over a few hours of waiting for repairman,... more
I always stay at the Radisson Hotel in Winnipeg as I am constantly searching for a hotel that has awesome customer service, a great location and obviously value for dollar. The Radisson definitely has location going for it if you want to be in downtown Winnipeg as the MTS Centre is virtually next door. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby could use a bit of a refresh as it looks tired and a bit shabby. The restaurant is located on the 12th floor with a great view of... more
Hotel was nice, room was clean. They were going through some elevator updating at the time so only 2 were working, but that was more than adequate.
The staff were excellent. Pleasant, very accommodating, and quite professional. The hotel location was very good.
Only complaint is the price seemed a little higher than I thought it should be.
All of the staff are so pleasant and helpful, the make you feel like you are a part of there family. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is great! I have stayed at many hotels in Winnipeg and the Radisson is top notch!
The Radisson is on the upper floors of a 25+ story building right in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. The room I stayed in was newly renovated. It had all the most important features: comfortable bed with clean premium bedding; clean shower with good water pressure and lots of hot water; quiet and well-functioning heating/cooling system; and good curtains to... more
We stayed in the Radisson on March 5, 2014. We chose this hotel as you can walk to the MTS centre for a concert or Jets game and stay inside away from the falling snow. The front desk staff were very helpful. I have had hip replacement surgery this winter and need a walk in shower. The handicapped room was... more
I was having issues booking through an online company and the Manager Sandy helped me and was just wonderful. She is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I will never stay anywhere else again as long as she is working there. Way to go Sandy you have excellent customer service skills.
The front desk service is ok, the room is ok, but nothing special. We were quite surprised and disappointed that there is no swimming pool, because they used to have a very large one. Location is good.
We stayed at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Winnipeg while attending the Pink Concert in January. Great location for the hotel, the atmosphere was outstanding. What the hotel lacked in comfort was more than made up for by Sandi the General Manager. I would consider going back to the Radisson mostly because of the staff's consideration for customer service. Once... more
I had to travel to Winnipeg for a 1 day meeting in February 2014. I booked a room at the Radisson Downtown. They were supposed to have a shuttle service from the airport which I was asked to contact the Hotel when I arrived. The hotel staff are second to none. There is nothing that is too much for them. Front desk attendants welcome you as if you were a guest in thier own homes with a genuine smile and warmth making Winnipeg a very warm place to be eventhough the temperature outside may be

This is a wonderful place to stay - I would like to start with the staff - very professional and very caring, fully engaged to the needs/requests of guests. This hotel has seen a number of upgrades over the past while which truly makes the atmosphere that much more enjoyable. You couldn't ask for a better location with a sky... more
Stayed here recently for a concert at the MTS centre. Location location location! January in Winnipeg is very cold, and it was! There is a pedway to the MTS building. Quick and easy. Down side, 2 elevators working, and a fully booked hotel, with a concert across the street!
We booked this hotel for our work Christmas party of about 150 people and were very pleased with the service, food and ambiance of the banquet room. Dawn, the director of sales was wonderful to work with and made our planning process a pleasant and timely experience.
The banquet staff were pleasant and extremely helpful and our festivities were flawless....

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging every time I stopped by. The room was clean and had all I needed. The location is perfect for accessing anything downtown. My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for the convenience of a Jets game. The location was ideal, and I had been at the hotel to visit family (staying at the hotel) the month prior.

Located across the street from the MTS Center was great for the Jets game. In need of a Reno though, getting a little dated. Restaurant/bar staff was extremely slow. I expected better. They were polite however. Not sure it's worth the price.
My husband and I stayed here two nights, the first was with our company for a Christmas party evening out and overnight. We stayed the second night as we had already plan to come into Winnipeg for an appointment & shopping so it made sense instead driving the hour and a half back home. When I emailed the hotel to... more
The Radisson in Winnipeg is an older hotel which has gone through a very nice renovation process to bring it up to par (it was very tired before). Had our christmas function there. With the help of the directors of sales our party turned out fantastic. The room was decorated in gold silver and white. The chandeliers were stunning. This hotel was wonderful! It was nicely renovated and the service was amazing right from check in to check out. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of Winnipeg. Newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, well furnished, and have a nice new feel to them. Nice location in downtown Winnipeg. Staff were very cheerful and friendly. Room has a nice modern look to it with all the amenities. Ordered room service and the food came up quicker than in most places and it was still hot. Stayedon the 23 floor and had a great view of the city.
I have traveled to Winnipeg a great deal over the past few years and the Radisson is my favorite of the hotels I've tried. Took advantage of the "Jets deal" when we came in for the Jets game. Hotel is right next door to the MTS center. It included free parking($15) and a $25 food credit for their restaurant or the Met. I stayed at this Hotel a few times every month for the past 5 years. Under its current ownership by Canad Inns it by the far the best Hotel in Downtown Winnipeg. Great staff, service and food service. And located right in the heart of the business and entertainment areas of Winnipeg.
I have been to many hotels around the world, each a similar stay. Employees are always smiling, greeting customers and trying to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Had stayed at Radisson a year ago on business which has now become a yearly trip. Location is very convenient and feels clean and safe. I was not concerned about coming and going at 2 a.m. Thanks to the GM for the special attention rec'd via our mutual friend. ;)
As others have mentioned this hotel is ideally located if you are going to Jets game. Rooms are clean. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful staff at this hotel are. Absolutly great place to stay and enjoy winnipeg, the staff are great the food is great and the rooms are great, they also have a great shuttle service with very knowledge drivers who are a pleasure to talk to.
Great experience - travelled to Winnipeg to see the "Les Canadiens" vs Jets - the close proximity to the arena, the parking and the post game meal at the Metropolitan restaurant made our visit a memorable one - the staff is wonderful.....extremely helpful and friendly - we were also impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms......highly recommend
I am a born Winnipeger who now lives abroad. My husband and I made a surprise quick trip back to Winnipeg last weekend. Do not stay here if you need to work and you value your sanity. The wifi is so s-l-o-w you will end up screaming in frustration. I am in the lobby now because it is marginally better than in the room. It has taken me two full days to dowliad yesterday's newspapers. The staff are very unsympathetic about the problem.
The customer service was amazing. Every emloyee seems committed to make every guest as welcome as possible. I was a one night stay for a business trip. The hotel had some good points:
-Room was a good size and equipped with a fridge, and flat screen TV.

I did enjoyed this Trip to Winnipeg very much, due the Radisson Hotel and it Service have been very professional and great Atmosphere there. Mostly Businesstravellers there and the Businesscenter was well outfitted. I had a Standard Room, wich was nice decorated. Good Service in their Restaurant too. Booked thru my company, i have been there for 4 Nights.
The hotel was conveniently located in downtown Winnipeg, so we were able to walk to all over. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No pool unfortunately, but we knew that ahead of time. We were there for concert at MTS, which was so close to hotel!! Nice time.
The Ceilings apear to be low, making the room feel small. However the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and you can see the hotel from any location downtown which makes walking around easy if you are not familiar with the City.
The hotel is situated in downtown, close to bus routes and shopping facilities, restaurants. The staff was polite, room was clean.Starbucks is situated on the ground floor, that's a good idea. The gym has few machines to work with and the saunas were not working,Overall this hotel worth its price
Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see at The Forks. A free bus brings you there. We were so excited to try out the "Sleep Number Beds," unfortunately it felt like I was camping on an air mattress. However, everything else was excellent.
I have stayed here many times and it is a good downtown spot. Room service is not pricey and is good food. The hotel needs to add a shuttle to make it a great spot to stay. A great shuttle service is offered at their other hotel at Polo Park and would make shopping easier from downtown.
The hotel was nice. I was greeted by the staff as i checked in, and all was well. Until I went out to walk the area and find a restaurant. The area is run-down, and not a place I would like to walk after dark, except when the Jet's are playing.Hotel restaurant was good.
We enjoyed being in a central location. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The Bell Boy was so responsive. Whenever I walked through the lobby. He was right there with a friendly greeting and " is there anything I can help you with Sir?"
View was stunning from the 23rd floor. this is a great hotel at this price. you won't be disappointed.
Good experiance. Great location. Would recommend to a friend.
A wonderful value for the price and perfect location in downtown Winnipeg. Walking distance to many places.
Our stay was quite enjoyable. Room was a bit cool at first but we were able to adjust the temperature ourselves. My husband is tall and found the shower head too low and the light above the sink needed to be more over the sink for shaving. Other than that, it was great! I put excellent below for dining choices but we didn't eat at the hotel.
I did not have time to visit the fitness center or pool so I cannot comment. The ability to park in a secure location on the premises in a downtown location is a big plus. The wireless internet did not work well but the hotel had a wired connection as well that worked.
Room key failed three times and then computer went down so I had to go to dinner before I could get a room.Tried to charge me again for room even though part of Orbitz flight and room charge and initially wanted me to work it out with Orbitz.
Room was very nice. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous.
the radisson winnipeg is good value - right in the heart of downtown. Good gym for a hotel, quiet. I didn't like the sleep number beds but I know some do. Would stay at again, especially compared to prices at comparable hotel.
The hotel itself looks to be about 25 years old, maybe it was designed in the late 70s and constructed in the early 80s. The property itself is right next to the MTS Center which is why I chose it. The reason for the bad grade is that the hotel is renovating and when I got to the hotel after they asked me if I wanted a room with a view (i have never been to Winnipeg before, so I had no... more
We chose this hotel because it is 1/2 block from the MTS Centre, where we were attending a concert. It also is close to museums and restaurants. Downtown parking is scarce, so the valet parking was appreciated.
