The hotel is good. Staff is not as helpful as could be, specially considering they want 9-10 ratings on their service. great place!

the room was very tidy when we arrived. it took a long time for any hot water to come through the shower but that was the only thing that i could complain about.

The hotel was comfortable and we used the airport shuttle, which ran on time. I can recommend this property.

Great for a few days

It is well located for staying in the NE. Breakfast was not included so ended up costing a bit more. Restaurant had good food although overpriced.

The location of the hotel is convenient, but, there was some issues, like the knob to take water from the tub in to the shower was not there so getting water in the shower was a challenge. I found a couple of spoons in the floor of the corridor and when I came back at night, they where still there.

“Hotel Receipt Discrepancy - Beware

Hotel was not at all crowded, yet request for a high floor was not honored. When I checked out I asked for a receipt for my stay. The receipt I was given showed the amount Expedia paid the hotel - NOT what I paid Expedia! Beware.

Everything was great but we did have a little trouble adjusting the temperature of the room. Calgary was having a blizzard and we could hear the winds howling outside the window. The place is reasonable for a full service hotel, superficially appealing lobby and rooms but unfortunatley lacking necessary maintenance in several areas. Although not unexpected for an older establishment however repairs could be performed with ease and little cost and greatly improve the overall appeal and value.

Terrible

The hotel, staff, food and service was terrible. I got the feeling that they do not treat their employees properly and the management was very bad. The rooms are very over priced and I will never stay at another Radisson again.
