“Good hotel, good location

Enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is very good. Doesn't include breakfast so that added $$ to the cost of the room. But big,good, buffet style breakfast, or a la carte.

This is the hotel that we usually stay at when in Edmonton. It has a very good location , is reasonably priced, and is clean and quiet.

The hotel is a good basic newly renovated hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet despite being on a busy street. The water pressure in the shower is always consistently great (a pet peek of mine). The location is fantastic because it's so close to everything. “Highly recommended

The customer service is EXCELLENT and even better than the 5 stars hotel that I recently stayed in NY. The building may not look as trendy as other hotels, but the rooms inside are very comfortable and clean. Excellent location - the hotel is just next to West Edmonton Mall. Highly recommended for family stay.

Clean and Friendly

Stayed for one night prior to a flight out and after a full day at West Edmonton Mall. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was good as well. I would stay there again!

Quality no More

Sadly we won't be staying here again. We were very disappointed in our dark and dingy room with an uncomfortable bed and indifferent front counter staff. This is a hotel that needs to take a good look at what is being offered to discerning travellers because the quality has deteriorated sine we first started staying here.

To be fair, this hotel was providing shelter to many of the residents of Slave Lake that had just lost their homes in a forest fire so they were quite busy. Staff was great and friendly, however no hand soap in the bathroom, a spot of blood on a pillow case and putting us right next to the back door (kids/people in and out constantly) didn't make for a pleasant stay. Good for a short stay

This wouldn't have been our first choice in West Edmonton, but they take pets with a $25.00/night charge and that's an option that's getting harder to find. dirty, dirty, disgusting

As soon as we checked in the room was dirty and there was evidence of a human hair ball, we were moved to another room and we found it was dirty also. The hotel is decently priced compared to other hotels in the area. It is a very short bus ride to west edmonton mall which is where we spent most of our time. “Great location

Chose this hotel for it's proximity to almost everything there is to do in Edmonton. Located just down the road from the mall, it's also handy to most of the main arteries in and around the city. The room was cozy and quiet, the staff friendly and helpful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city.

Quality Inn West Harvest

I used to stay at the Comfort Inn across the street but changed to the Quality Inn when I work in Edmonton. The staff are more efficient and always friendly and informative.. Best part of edmonton by far

Great location very close to the mall and the highway going east or west,,front desk ladies were all excellent,friendly, and helpful with directions, coin laundry was a plus, very clean winners of the housekeeping award 3 times. Resturant was excellent as well and friendly

Pretty good

Just stayed there for a week for our honey moon and we were pleased. Everything was clean and everyone was helpful. The restaraunt was excellent too! And the location could hardly be beaten. All for a very reasonable price! They also appear to be renovating rooms. We're pretty sure we got an unrenovated room and it was still acceptable, so the finished rooms should be great!

I arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and asked if rooms are ready. I heard few minutes, so My family of 10 unloaded all baggages to be ready. Next thing I heard is that we can get in at 4:00 p.m.. So we waited 10 minutes with 4 kids and two seniors. Still we could not get in. family Vacations

Everything was great (everything). The only thing not good was the Internet Network, too slow. But I love this hotel and I will go again nex year.

Wow! This was AWESOME!!!

Even though Mother Nature did not cooperate the rain did stop our enjoyment of this fabulous room!! The seperate living area & kitchentte were so great! The pool was fabulous! And the Greens were great also! We will DEFINETLY be staying there several more times for the relaxtion and very, very easy to get to!!!! For Sure!

My review of Don Shula's Golf Club

hotel needs alot of updating i dialed front desk botton and i got another room guest, the internet was down for the 5 days i was there, staff was not as pleasant you cannot dial to the front desk from your room without having to call their other hotel accross the steet. the only great thing about this hotel is the restaurant excellent

Lots of room

This hotel had great prices, very spacious rooms, and accommodating staff. The pool was nice and clean, and our kids loved it. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.
