Don't rent room 105 !

NOVEMBER 18-20/2014.The 100 level of rooms are terrible...tiny windows. Some are being renovated so the smell of glue permeates that floor. Avoid room 105 because it is next to the electrical/furnace room which is noisy...your head will be a few feet from the machinery with just a wall in between. Noisy clunking fridge that added to the noise. Old outdated furniture....the place needs... plus

Provided just the basics but not comparable to other hotels in area. If others were not previously booked would have stayed there.

Enjoyed out stay

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting relatives in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a good shower and very comfortable bed. Strange. We checked in, got our room key, went to our room and someone else's belongings were in our room. Maids cleaning what appeared to be all the rooms at once. All room doors propped open. The location was close to the highway, gas stations and a breakfast restaurant. But that all it had. Not clean enough, not well maintained and we could hear the neighbors all evening and night.

Quality Hotel & Suites, Sherbrooke, QC

This is a fairly ordinary hotel - a convenient sleepover spot on the way elsewhere. The property is not very new, but the mattresses are reasonably firm. The hotel staff was super-friendly and went out of the way to accommodate.

Great value for the money

We were pleasantly surprised after having stayed in much more expensive hotels in Sherbrooke earlier in the week. The Quality Hotel was very clean, quiet and within a short driving distance to downtown. I will stay there again at our next visit to Sherbrooke.

The hotel was fine, especially as we only wanted a place to sleep. It didn't have either a microwave or fridge in the room, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and attempted to be accommodating. The internet went out for the entire weekend, which was a pain as it was difficult to navigate the city and find places to go--thankfully, there's wifi at a close-by MacDonalds!

Clean, friendly stay

Very nice modest hotel. Wonderful people at the desk, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished with some room to move around. I forgot to ask if the watercolor portraits along the hallway were by a local artist. If I was to go to that area again I would stay in this hotel again.

Stayed in this hotel 2 nights. Rooms were large, clean and very well kept. front desk was amazing. Told us how to get to places, recommended an excellent restaurant and spoke with us coming in and out to make sure everything was OK. Room faced busy street but very quiet all night. Customer service is really friendly, and I had no problems checking in. MAKE SURE you show your CAA/AAA card to get a better deal, For 94$ a night, the room I had was excellent, on the ground floor too. ok, the outside of this place looks like a welfare motel, and the lobby isnt much better, but the room was fine. i paid $107 for the night and it was acceptable. Was OK for a night but needs some attention

Fortunately the room was cleaner and neater than the outside of the hotel. We were worried when we pulled up out front. Good location and breakfast next door was good. The room need to be all renew. The bathroom was terrible. When you site on the toilet, you'r not able to close the door. We kill 10 ants on the floor. My wife scratch her skin all night long. I hope it was because of to much bleach in linen washing. The carpet was not clean. Bad experience at all!
