Great front desk staff and a lovely suite

Great value for the price! I loved the room, clash and nice. Parking was no problem either, there's a sign for the area you can't use. The Internet security is a bit obnoxious: complex login code and you have to reauthenticate every few minutes if you take a break. Your bandwidth CAN'T be that valuable. This was fine for one night. It was easy to find with a rental car from the airport and there are restaurants (as well as tennis courts) within driving distance. I agree with the earlier comment of "no real complaints" which isn't like an overwhelmingly exciting recommendation.

Usually I expect a hotel by an airport to not be so amazing. However, this was perfect. It was SO clean and way more updated than I thought it would be. Awful hotel! The air quality in room is terrible, we are staying as a group here.
Had to leave room go outside, because the AC is so cold, turned off it becomes so warm and stuffy, you can't breathe.

Sent here by Air Canada after our connecting flight was missed. Room was clean but dated. 24 hour gym was a joke, had to fix the equipment to make it work. Shuttle took forever. A little further than some of the other airport hotels. All in all, can't complain too much, since it's still better than sleeping at the airport.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from the Carribean. The hotel was comfortable though somewhat dated. The hallways could use some rejuvenation but the rooms were adequate and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

TV wasn't working and it took the front desk almost half an hour to come up to check it out. The mouth wash seal was broken. Would not recommend.

Convenient access to the highway

The room is nice, spacious and clean. The only disappointment is the limited number of TV cable channels available. I was not able to get TLN, Showcase or Bravo stations.

It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle. The shuttle takes a while to arrive at the airport terminal and is dirty. Driver is nice and helpful. Front desk perfunctory, but OK. Rooms are very clean but tired. Carpet is dodgy. I stay if I can get a good deal. Don't stay more than one night.

The hotel is a little tired and lacking in cleanliness. The staff were OK. There is construction going on next to the hotel. This wouldn’t be my first choice in the future.

This is a great hotel. Our stay was excellent. The hotel smells great upon entering the lobby. Rooms were kept very clean and the cleaning staff was very courteous. We would definitely stay there again and will also let others know.

Hotel was very satisfactory and convenient for an overnight stay between flights. Shuttle service was prompt and efficient with helpful drivers.

Comfortable Older hotel with windows that open!

I stayed two nights at this hotel and found it comfortable. The maintenance man was quick to respond to my request for light bulbs in one of the lamps, and he showed me how to adjust the thermostat and fan. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the airport

I prefer cool rooms to sleep in and found this room too warm. Couldn't change the temp so I opened the window. Otherwise, the room was OK. I stayed there just long enough to catch an early flight, so as long as a place to sleep, iy's fine.

Its a very comfortable hotel with friendly hotel staff. The only thing I dont like is the restaurant close at 10 pm. so for people like me who eat late or feel hungry its something which the hotel need to look into.

This hotel offers good value for the money. It has easy access to the highway.A grocery store (No Frills) is within walking distance. The only inconvenience I find is that there are few eateries/restaurants nearby. The on site restaurant has meals at relatively reasonable prices.

Clean and awesome hotel

Very comfortable and spacious room and very neat and tidy. Staff is very nice and friendly too. After staying for 7 days I flew to Boston for a week and they kept my luggage for one week without any charges. I re-booked the same hotel for another week. Very quiet.

Decent experience

We stayed here and asked for a king room upon check in and were given a queen so it was okay. The room is what you'd expect from a 3 star. Clean, fairly quiet, nice staff

Very good rooms; excellent service from all staff; Quickly checked in and checked out. The restaurant had great food and service as well. This was a very short stay as we waited overnight between flights, but for our purposes the value for our money was well worth staying here. Would recommend it to anyone travelling and staying overnight in Toronto.

The room was comfortable and met our needs for a few short nights of sleep between meetings. No continental breakfast. There was a restaurant at the hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Staff was very helplful. There were some eating options not too far away.

Bus stop is an easy walking distance from the hotel & the bus drives right into the subway station (no need for a transfer). It is very easy & a short distance to get on & off the 401. The dining room is open for food & drinks all day. The rooms are well insulated so you do not hear the traffic or airplanes.

We came to Toronto for a wedding so We stayed here because it was central to the church and reception. Good location to highway. There is a Walmart right down the road in case you need something.

This was a small clean hotel room. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping excellent, but the bed was by far the worst I've ever slept on. For those looking for amenities like pool, gym, etc...there are none. If your looking for a clean quiet place to crash, it's here as long as you can handle a hard matress with skinny pillows.
