What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. Clean, neat, helpful staff and good breakfast. Our room was very spacious. It was quiet and the beds were super comfortable. I am a light sleeper and it was QUIET!

Great for overnight before early morning flight

Hotel met my needs. I left my car there for $10 a day and took the shuttle to the airport. Car was parked in underground secure parking.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is location. It is close to the airport, Richmond center and a nice park behind it. Almost everything/body was excellent including the extensive breakfast. Only problems, which I mentioned to them, was that the floor under the dresser had not been vacuumed for a long time (discovered that when picking up something from the floor, and the creamers were sitting in melted ice water such that everybody had to put their fingers in the water (a foodsafe no-no).

Excellent experience. We arrived at the Vancouver Airport after midnight, called the hotel and was picked up by hotel shuttle shortly after picking up our baggage.Hotel comfortable, great staff - will stay again.

We were only there for a few hours, but while we were there the hotel was clean and the people were courteous and the breakfast was good. There was a slight mix-up with the pick-up from the airport but other than that everything was good.

The shuttle service wasn't operating when we arrived, because the driver was sick. due to our amount of luggage, the alternative service wasn't possible, but after a slight uphill struggle, they eventually managed to sort out a ride, but this was after a 40 minute wait. Was a hassle, but they did fix it.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, amenities present. 6:30 am buffet breakfast included. Newspaper delivered at 6:00 am. Free parking. Staff that can't seem to do enough for you. What more can you ask for? I'll be back.

budget hotel

this hotel is closed to the airport. My room was small (one double bed). The breakfast does not have a lot of choices. Shuttle service was on time and the driver was very polite. Closed to richmond No. 3 road. Very convenient.

fit our buget

the staff was helpful, close to food, few blocks from air train were the city was yours, day pass $9 covers bus, rail, water bus, worth every cent... the hotel was clean and had a ok breakfast. only stayed one night an was not able to fully check out all the facilities.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed here unexpectedly. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Great breakfast every morning. Perfect home away from home. Close to everything you need. Lovely Greek restaurant right next door. The "Mad Greek". Nice park steps from the back of the hotel. An oasis in the middle of the city.

Very cheap good hotel close to the airport, have stayed many times when flying from YVR. After trying most of the hotels closely with a free airport shuttle thesis now my stay of choice.

Hard to believe that quality for that price in Vanouver

I was dreading staying in a budget hotel in Vancouver on route to Asia. However, I was really surprised that right from check- in, to room quality, free wifi, comp breakfast and airport shuttle all for $80. How can they do that. I own a small hotel in Costa Rica and was very impressed.

Booked the hotel, in advance. flight from interior was cancelled on day of hotel stay. hotel stated 24 hour prior notice was needed to cancel!!!!!!!!
How do you cancel 24 hours ahead, when a flight is cancelled by the airline.?????????

Unbeatable location for the price

The service was quite good and friendly. Room was very clean. I had good sleep. Good location walking distance to Richmond shopping mall and C-train. Shuttle bus service was good.

good, they paid for taxi to hotel from yvr since shuttle driver was away sick. great jesture of hotel - i was impressed. made up for the fact that shuttle service to yvr at 4.30 am wasn't available the following morning, which is the only thing they could have improved on

basics well covered - close to transit

this was a great place to stay. i rated it three stars only because it was nothing fancy. i would've given 3.5 if i could. it's simply a nice, clean, quiet hotel for the right price. i would absolutely stay here again! i only wish check-in could be earlier. had to wait until 1pm.

Just Fine

Very clean basic hotel. Just a couple of blocks to Richmond's huge shopping center and the Sky Train. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisngly broad and included eggs and waffles. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel for a one night

An excellent hotel for a one night stopover stay at Vancouver Airport. We were delighted to find a courtesy bus service to and from the Airport and to receive the excellent complimentary breakfast, neither of which we expected when booking the hotel. We would certainly use this hotel again if in the area, and would readily recommend it to friends and relations.

Rude and no airport shuttle after 9 pm

They do not have an airport shuttle all day and are very rude about it. This is not listed here on the on line travel website.

The breakfast was depressing. 3 types of bread which is ok, boiled eggs style Chernobyl, 3 spreads to choose from, and cereal. No coldcuts, no softboiled eggs, no possibilities beyond strawberry-jam, peanut-butter and honey. Oh, monday morning they add orange-marmelade.Staff was super! +++
