Worst Hotel Experience of my LIFE!!

When I booked the room I told the lady we were not going to be into Calgary until about 5 or 6 in the morning. 90% of the staff are exceptional. some of the rooms are a little noisy but staff always go the extra mile to get me a quiet room. bring airplugs, as the heating creaks and groans all night. its always clean. some rooms need a little tlc to wallpaper. i think most peoples number one complaint would be the showers and have heard several people moan about them. seldom i have i enjoyed a regular... more

This was the worst hotel experience ever. We stayed during the Calgary Stampede and had no other option. The room was disgusting. I requested extra towels so we could lay them over our pillows... even then, one towel came to us stained. I attempted to clean the window and when the facecloth came off black with the first wipe, I just threw it in the bathtub ... which was also unfit to use. The... more

NOT QUALITY!! While the lady at the front was very helpful & pleasant, that was the only thing good about this location. The room was Sooo sooo gross! The bedding looked NOTHING like in the pictures. Avoid it at all cost We needed a place for one night stay before heading out from Calgary during our recent Canadian Rockies vacation. Typically we look for hotel reviews at tripadvisor/places/etc before making reservation. But, this time as it we just went by the name of the hotel and its close proximity to airport. “Good Value

We were on the 7th floor non-smoking room, it was a nice clean room, with a view! It was a little chilly overnight, couldn't turn the heat up, and the next room was a little loud with steamy pleasures. The front desk agent was very pleasant at checkin, we called the front desk to help with our remote for the big TV and they were very helpful and got us all fixed up quickly. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They quickly checked us in, informed us of the 24 hour refreshments & wished us a pleasant stay. They also helped us confirm our return flight & seating on the plane, which we greatly appreciated. They went out of their way to make our stay a happy one.

The room was average & OK but it was close to several restaurants & also has a restaurant & lounge on-site for those that want to stay in in the evenings.

It's a nice hotel, nothing much to say... only that the shower is a bit slippery so watch out for that. And the best thing is that next to them they have a car rental company.

A screw up by our auto rental company forced us to take call the motel for a shuttle bus. It was late and there bus had stopped running for the evening. Just OK

Just an overnight between planes. The facility is showing its age, particularly in the bathrooms where fixturs are checked and stained. In our room the mount for what I assume was a hair dryer had been ripped fromthe wall, there was mould around the tile joints and oddly, no hot water at the sink, though the shower was hot enough. Nice Workers, Not Quality Rooms

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the room was old, a little dirty and extremely noisy. There was a buzz coming out of the air conditioning unit the whole night. The pool was ok.

It was just for the night waiting for my next flight it was good.

needs work, close to airport

the location was convenient to the airport but the hotel needs renovations. noisy refrigerator and a/c, both rattled terribly plus the tub barely drained at all leaving you standing ankle deep in water

Good value for the dollar

Great deal in Calgary during the Stampede. Courteous staff, clean rooms, although a little aged. Good experience overall.

ideal for early morning flights from YCC

efficient staff, good airport shuttle even at very early hours, good fruit, coffe and pastries available at 4AM. there was some noise from the ventilation system near my room on the top floor.

This hotel is a little run down. It had confortable beds and the rooms were quiet but the price was good. I waould stay here again if I was on a budget.

the hotel was very comfortable, the room was a great size, hotel staff were both very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival i asked for a cot and one was brought up with in minutes. we also had room service from the onsite restaurant and the service was fantastic along with the food which was priced pretty reasionable. we are planning on staying at this hotel again in December as we were happy... more

Good value

The Quality Inn Calgary Airport was exactly what we needed - a clean place to stay that was convenient to both downtown Calgary and the airport. We did not take advantage of on-site dining or other amenities. although the hotel was located in a less than scenic light industrial area we were given a top floor room with a nice view of the city.

Pathetic Quality!!!

This hotel was the WORST experience I have had for literally decades. We walked into a lobby that looked and smelled more like a "warzone". It was undergoing a renovation. (They should have closed down for the duration rather than subject the guests to construction workers who didn't give a hoot about "service".) We waited ... more
