The buildings are pretty old and they don't have any accessibility doors or ramps. The balconies are just naked concrete, which may seem appealing to some, but I feel it needs a layer of paint. Have to Agree with John on this - Moved in a few months ago and the crime/thugs and drugs are rampant.  Building management doesn't seem to care.  Its a scary place  - stuck in a lease now but cant wait to get out.... The smell of drugs and the weirdos drinking in stairwells freaks me out - hard to study and concentrate...Stay Away its really bad news.

Upscale prices for low-scale slums!!These apartments are mainly for students, which is fine. The cost of rent is simply too high for what you get in return.

1. POW admin is highly disorganized. I showed up ready to move in and they lost the keys. Before my lease was up a maintenance man opened the door to my place and while I was sleeping was walking around. When I woke up he claimed he thought I had already moved out. Against the LAW.
