Typical and good
August 25, 2013No surprises - stopped in for lunch on way to Sudbury - nice fresh, hot pizza and friendly as hell staff. Better than your average PH.

Worst service ever
August 08, 2013After waiting to be seated for nearly 10 min we waited another ten to see the server. She was impolite, inefficient and obviously lazy. Our daughter's meal finally came after we were done ours. We make it a point to always tip our servers, this is the first time we have ever not left a tip. DO NOT GO HERE

Very poor service

June 23, 2013Was really looking forward to pizza after a long drive. Went into the restaurant and stood there like a fool waiting to be served. The girl in the back even saw us. I looked around the corner, no help. Ended up eating at the Tim Hortons across the street.

My cousin almost died

Chatty Waitress and Slow Service

Nasty Staff
June 15, 2012On June 15 at approximately 6:30 PM I went to order takeout. The man taking the orders was just positively nasty and really gave the impression that I was there just to waste his time. I turned and walked out. I'm very sorry I inconvenienced him and it won't happen again because I will never go back.

Three of us stayed at the Microtel Hotel for one night and decided to walk downtown. It was a long walk and we stopped at the Pizza Hut on our way back.

where's the health inspector

it took over 10 mins for us to be seated, while the restaruant was very empty. It was of higher importance for the staff to continue in their conversation then worry about the customer. the staff in the kitchen was wearing shorts & sandals and no hair nets or hats.
everything was old and dirty. needed a really good cleaning.....
