This is the best vegetarian pho I've ever had, and I'm from San Francisco. I normally don't write yelp reviews, but the flavorful broth inspired me. Often, pho broth that's vegetarian just tastes like runoff carrot water. This broth was bursting with flavor. They have just changed their name to Pho Chau - This is a warm, family-run place with a nice atmosphere and lovely food! Their pho broth is always deeply rich and delicious, huge umami flavour. Tasty food and truly amazing service: my friend (who is a regular) didn't have any cash on her (it's cash only) so the lovely woman who worked there offered to give her the receipt so she could come back later and pay it.

I love this place. Probably the best tasting Pho I have found to date in Vancouver. As they are in Mt Pleasant they have vegan options which is nice as I have a friend who is vegan. The service is good, but everytime I get any meat dish it's grey or purple and filled with bones. Not very appetizing.

Vegans beware. There rendition of veggie pho can be quite addictive. My favorite Vegan pho is Vancouver. Portions are large and at a fair price. Slow drip Vietnamese coffee gets two thumbs up from me as well.
