Pas frais, très gras, odeur de friture dans tout le resto... Pas aimé du tout. Je ne recommande pas.
Atout (Le seul): le bord de l`eau.
A little pricey but I think it has a lot to do with the location. Food was excellent
Poisson excellent à chaque fois, belle terrasse, service moyen
This is one of those ok restaurants located in a great town. If u want your fish&chips fix, this is the place, but do not expect top quality. The servers are very helpful and bilingual, and the food is ok, but you come to Sainte-Anne for the lovely ambiance of a river town.
Best fish in town, but go in the summer when the terrace is open. Everything is fresh and flavourful, and the service is always excellent!
We went on a cold night recently. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service friendly and efficient. My date had the mussels with fries and was quite pleased. I started with the soup of the day. It was really tasty with chunks of vegetable but without pasta. There were no crackers but the waitress brought some soft rolls. My fried... plus
From the faded plastic chairs to the faded plastic plants This Restaurant needs a huge overhaul to bring it up to date. While one can get over the decor the food was overcooked and greasy .
To further add insult to injury we had to wait about 15 minutes while the waiter regaled his friend who he was serving at...

I'm a salad lover, I can't have a meal without one. At Peter's Cape Cod, I decided on the Jumbo Shrimp Salad. I had maybe 4 or 5 shrimps and heap of lettuce and nothing else. Bottled dressing (at least it sure tasted bottled). I mean seriously, that wasn't a meal, it was a salad garden.
A little creativity wouldn't...

We haven't been in years but did remember the calamari was excellent so when my brother and sister in law were here visiting we chose to go for dinner, the salad was the best, calamari was not as I had remembered shrimps were good too. They enjoyed it but the place is in need of updating.
I enjoyed this restaurant, The Cod is very good. Service is good too. A very nice restaurant overall. It can be noisy due to the bridge being close but well worth it.
Contrary to what other reviewers have said, my family, friends and myself adore this cozy gem located in St Anne. We go at least once each summer and every time we go, we are quite pleased with the food and service. I always have the shark fillet which is tender but has a certain texture that you have to like... plus
We had very bad and irritating experience in Peter’s Cape Cod. The whole story is like this:
We, a group of fifteen people decided to go to the restaurant of Peter’s Cape Cod on the late afternoon of June 29, 2013. We were afraid that there might not be enough seats available without appointment since we had fairly a large...

I loved this place. The fish is fresh, the salad is delicious, the fries are amazing. The view is perfect! I definitely recommend this restaurant
Located on St-Anne Street (main commercial street with fine boutiques) near the A-20, Peter's Cape Cod is a good seafood restaurant with a waterfront terrace overlooking the yachts and locks in the Ste. Anne Canal. Everything is usually fresh and tasty and the service is fast (we asked to slow it a bit) and the waiteress was friendly and bilingual.... plus
We were waiting for Peter's to reopen this spring. We ordered from the daily special menu and had grilled Talapia and Mussels in red wine sauce. The serving was enormous and the sauce was great to the last drop. We have been coming here to enjoy the great seafood and view of the locks and the river traffic.
Our salads were just the basics: lettuce, beans, chick peas with too much dressing.
My wife had the grilled talapia; I had the grilled salmon. Both were served with a baked potato, yellow and green beans and a few baby carrots. Our fish was very good, but one of the baked potatoes was not quite cooked enough. The vegetables were good...

I had not been to Peter's for a few years. My memories were : delicious food at a reasonable price.
I was there tonight and was very disappointed to the point we will not go back. I wonder what happened ...!
Frozen fries, frozen mushy vegetables in summer, salad with wilted lettuce and bottled dressing dumped on top, and fish that tastes frozen often times! Slow, indifferent service. Five dollar plastic chairs to sit in. Though the location is perfect, I'll spend my time and money in a place where customers are valued and appreciated, not taken for granted.
My friends were raving about this place - gotta go - gotta go. So we went. Ron had the Fish and Chips - Sue had the sole - Mar had the snapper and I had the rainbow trout, the point of this list is to let you know we ordered a variety of their so-called specialties. Except for the F&Chips,... plus
Have been increasingly disappointed with each visit. Salads are bland...lettuce, slice of tomato and dressing. Calamari is sliced too thick and is chewy. Fish and chips are just OK. Frozen vegetables are mushy and tasteless. Lobster role was very disappointing with lots of cartilage bits. Prices continue to go up as quality goes down. Outdoor patio though scenic is dirty... plus
Entree -greasy Fisherman's Platter with overcooked rice / fish and frozen chips ...paired with sangria ... it was okay. packaged kraft tartar sauce .
I grew up going to Cape Cod every summer, and this restaurant brings the Cape close to home: a relaxed but dignified atmosphere, and a quality of seafood worthy of the name. The quality is fantastic, the cooking styles accent the seafood rather than the seasonings / sauces / etc that many places used to cover the lower quality of... plus
Peter's Cape Cod has been a West Island seafood restaurant standard since away back when it was located on the second floor above Le Villager Brasserie (Dag's).
Lunch specials as one reviewer are fairly priced and while gourmet may not be a word most would use to describe the food, good and very good would be.
Their fish and chips...

We go there whenever someone in our group has a special birthday . Just west of Montreal , in Ste. Anne de Bellevue by the 20 route . The restaurant opens in March and closes in winter . I love Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue in the summer, the promenade along the canal is really a nice place to walk, relax and maybe take in a meal. Peter's Cape Cod has been around for years, I was there 2 years ago with friends for lunch and Sangria and it was an okay experience so this week I decided to give it another... plus
