Very good Italian food
January 12, 2014I've been here twice in the last couple of months. The food has been excellent. The service was poor the first time, excellent the second (so I only rate "very good" - not "excellent"). I particularly liked their mussel dishes. Tidy washroom. Reasonable prices.

Not your normal pizza place
November 10, 2013This is upscale pizza restaurant - very cozy and intimate dining. Good pizza and pasta choices. We had a great beet bruschetta appetizer. Great service by waiter. He recommended the wine for us. Pizza selections are not your normal pepperoni or Canadian bacon. We had a margheritta one - good cheese and sauce - and then a sausage one.

Just by Chance
August 24, 2013It was by chance we had dinner here, and what a great experience....from the moment we entered. Foods good but poorly managed

Pizza is amazing but head chef/owner needs to get on with the good he serves and get a hands on manager to run front of house as service is appalling!!!!
Everytime I go have a bite to eat there's always a new new waitress that hasn't been shown what to do!!!

Very good Neighbourhood Italian
April 25, 2013We have eaten in the restaurant and take out. Really good pizza from the wood burning oven, and the pasta is always very good. Our go to spot, when we are too tired to cook, but want a really good "home cooked" meal. (Cuz it tastes like a meal a Nona would make for her family). Yumm!

Sumptous Italian Cuisine - Well Priced
February 25, 2013Authentic Italian cuisine, like pasta, veal parmigiano, chicken ravioli or various pizza. Extremely yummy. Not overpriced like many Italian places in Vancouver can be.

Why not
January 15, 2013We did not expect this neighborhood restaurant to be really Italian, and found that to be the case - except for the somewhat dated background music and wallpaintings. The food was OK, though. Fresh salad and well-cooked lamb shank. We did not try any pizzas but will give those a try soon.

The BEST pizza on the westside

In a single sentence, this really says it all.
My kids and I love pizza and this is place reminds us of our trip to Rome, where the pizza was a delight.
If you're looking for Hawaiian pineapple, they don't offer it. This place is thin, crispy, light crust and fresh ingredients --- especially the herbs...
