I brought her a pair of my new dress work pants to get hemmed. Took a week to get done. Once I finally got them back I put them on the next day getting ready for work and I noticed they weren't even on both sides. So I brought them back and she kindly said she would fix them and was nice enough to make them a little longer as I asked. But the next day, same problem. Still not even!

It is as good as it gets!

I've been going to Ivy for all my suits and pants and I have to say, she does a perfect job of making my very affordable suits look like they have been done bespoke.

Amazing service, wonderful lady and even better quality. She's extremely popular now so it takes about a week for her to do alterations but it is worth every minute of it.

Completely in agreement with C.T. and the rest - Ivy is a great seamstress. She is also very professional and will give her honest opinion. I went in with three pairs of new pants that I wanted hemmed, but after trying them on and showing it to her, she said they didn't need to be altered. They were an inch long without the heels and perfect with, so she told me to wear the pants with the shoes... more

I've been going to Ivy at Perfect Alterations for years and years - she actually altered my grad dress for me ages ago. I have continued to bring my alterations here and have always recieved exceptional service! My whole family now goes here and we always end up with a great finished product. Prices are really fair as well. Highly recommend!!

I've had my long skirt and pants hemmed by Ivy, the owner and seamstress. She does a wonderful job!

I went to get my coat repaired because I'd ripped it right under the armpit. The lady was really nice and explained that there would still be a seam showing because of where the rip was and how bit it was. Walking into the store I already knew that there was no way there wasn't going to be a seam showing but I appreciated that she tried to make me aware of it also.

I went here to be measured for a suit for a wedding out of town. When I went to pay the lady she told me not to bother as is only took a couple of minuites. She was very friendly and insisted that I dont pay.
