What a Beautiful, Relaxing and well located gem

I was reccommended by my travel agent to stay at this gem of a hotel located one a quiet residential street.
The owner met my wife and family and was totally gracious--in fact, we were four hours late checking in, but he did not mention that.

Stay Away, Stay Far Away
August 16, 2006We reserved the two bedroom Garden Suite at $249 CD a night. We arranged to have our dog come with us. There was no formal check in other than giving us some keys. We had our three kids as well. Expect an apartment, not a hotel

We just returned from a 3-night stay at the Pendrell Suites. The suite was wonderful (clean, large, etc.) and the building itself is in a very nice location. It is very near the park and a funky area with lots of shops and restaurants. No complaints about the physical set-up.

Excellent accommodation

We were traveling to Vancouver with a part of four for a conference, and a local friend recommended to us Pendrell Suites as ideally located, combining walking distance to the centre and a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The neglected to mention the excellently furnished apartments, spacious accommodation, and superb hospitality.
We left with the best impressions and every intention to return.

Horrible Service
